My fear is that the board get unseated/ or at least a vote of no confidence, and the whole way forward needs reviewing again with God knows who at the helm.

Current BOD doing themselves no favours and certainly not winning over pi’s …… if they told us what was happening we may feel differently ( I realise of course they are restricted in what they can say to some extent )

Obtaining permission for the pipeline and takings site etc will make the whole project more attractive and add value,

What are we doing here ? Putting everything in place to sell the thing for as much as possible

And then what ?

Months working out a new plan forward.

It seems Ecuador want/need this mine and (slowly) all the pieces are being put in place without spaffing loads of cash on more drilling that never seems to add value . It’s not as fast as I’d hoped but I actually think it’s pretty smart.

We just have to hope that, when the time comes, there is more than one interested party….. I think there’ll be plenty.

Plenty of positives to take away from yesterday's presentation

I guess we'll know more about the up to date cash position next week but it didn't appear to be of any particular concern especially seeing as we have $28mn worth of stock we could sell if we either needed or wanted to.

There were the usual positive slants to take away ..... both candidates being pro resource development, plenty of interest both in our outside tenements as well as Cascabel.

Rather than doing nothing I think they are simply spending "our" money wisely ..... working on the finalization of the exploitation agreement (due this year) , permits for exploration declines (due this year) and importantly the revised investment protection agreement "again we think we'll have that signed by the end of the year".

Added to all this the revised PFS (3) due out Q1 (hopefully) should show a massively shortened time frame to development from the previously touted 6 years and a greatly reduced upfront cost.

Though the sorting of pipeline routes and tailings sites may not be very "sexy" it's all vital work that adds to the derisking of the project.

Finally though we are not drilling (or spending on drilling) at the moment we appear to be getting one of our Northern licenses "drill ready" ......... overall happy with what Scott had to say and will wait to see what unfolds.

Communications are beyond woeful, but I’m with Addinct on that one and believe there’s plenty going on …… obviously there is no evidence to support this and there won’t be until “it” happens.

The new investment protection agreement is probably at the forefront along with water licensing, tailings etc all of which will derisk the project and therefore “should” add value along the line.

I’m hoping the website shambles is more to do with timing than incompetence but this remains to be seen.

Watching from a distance here with so little of substance to discuss and so many here simply to provoke.

Let’s hope we are all more fully in the picture before too long
