Ok I take your point Add, I’ve been in high end retail for many years and the really wealthy tend to turn up in ordinary cars and clothes .... it’s the new money that generally wears it and talks about it, and very rarely has what they claim .... I’m certain there are exceptions and several millionaires are happy to spend their days on bulletin boards..... I’m not a multi millionaire but if I was you wouldn’t see me for dust ....ATB

Pretty much what FTJNY said ..... I may me wrong but I certainly would have plenty of other ways to spend my time . Also add that to the fact that all the people I’ve met with serious money never tell you . As always I could be wrong and am not stating anything as fact. If he does have all those shares then good luck to him / her

I don’t think he jumped as such , in my opinion a deal or JV of sorts was done ( probably with BHP) with regards to at least Alpala and one of their conditions was that Nick walked.
I was told Nick felt he was not the right guy to take this to production....does that sound likeNick to you?

As of last week we were told the AC were on course to report back their findings to the board by the end of January. Will there be made available to investors necessarily? And why do you think it was really set up ?

My worry is that the lower the share price, the better a low ball offer will look , let’s just hope someone else shows their hand.
On the other hand , what would CGP be willing to accept, they out of hand rejected an offer equivalent to circa 40p at the time, Irwin ( love him or loathe him) has been on the money a couple of times recently so I guess he knew something better was coming ?

At first glance it feels like investors have been left hanging here ..... the CEO gone ( going officially) and a news vacuum, the perfect storm for a drifting share price.
The fact remains that the Franco money for the regional development plan was passed up. There’s no way they would have done that (with so many drills turning at such a cost)unless they had an alternative source of funding, or secondly, the funding was in fact no longer required at all .... as Solgold won’t be funding it or certainly not all of it??
Just feels like a deal of sorts has been done and just maybe Nick got what he wanted to some extent but the price he had to pay was his position....can’t be much longer til we know .... can it

Many were probably forward sold anyway and won’t impact the short term share price ....

I spoke to them last night and they confirmed details of all regional projects would be included in quarterlies . They added this in no way meant that other drilling results would not be released in the meantime.... pretty clear there’s plenty to come here.
Let’s be honest the “ take it to production “ mantra is wearing thin now and they’ve simply come to realise this is no longer an option, within a year 2025 has slipped to 2027 and I don’t believe there’s a cat’s chance in hell they’d get anywhere close .
Sense appears to have finally taken over .
