End of Jan was ( as confirmed only 2/3 days ago) the timeline for Alpala committee to bring their report to the BOD ..... as to when we may hear their findings I have no idea. But I can almost guarantee they will not recommend we try and take this to production singlehandedly

Pretty much how I see it but put far more eloquently than I’d manage. I’d go so far as to say a deal of some sorts is pretty much done and is the only reason for the silence on all other fronts. Km’s of drilling backlog in the system to come too.
Hopefully we’ll get an announcement of sorts before too long and we’ll all be presented with a clear path forward.

I have to disagree .... big numbers from Rio or Porvenir will set a fire under this ..... pre Christmas there were 6 rigs ( we know of ) drilling at say 35m a day each ...... over six weeks since then .... even allowing for the break there a lot of metres drilled in fact thousands

They may be aware that the price is being driven down but they should also be aware that a complete lack of transparency for 6 weeks hasn’t helped.
I do however feel things will change here in the blink of an eye in the not too distant future

Whilst I can see that it’s in the interest of some ( BHP etc) to see the share price depressed , you would think CGP would want the exact opposite having turned down what they considered a low ball offer themselves. Having worked together at the last AGM have we reached a stage where perhaps their interests are no longer aligned?
