August 1st no set of accounts! Lets see if Nigel Burton and Gerard Brandon are private by September 1st. It is the vacation season so you cannot blame the incompetent chaps for not getting it done in June or July or maybe even August, after all they could not get the accounts done in any other month this year either. You do not have to personally benefit in order for it to be fraud. For example keeping a made up image of success going and creating false RNS after RNS is fraud even if the individuals behind them are not personally gaining in large amounts or even losing, maybe they are just keeping it alive with these RNS to pull salaries they otherwise would not get for example or like a runaway train they are so incompetent they do not know how to apply the brakes effectively on their egos. And the fraud is against the private investors who invested in something that is not real as a result. For example private investors may have invested in January and February of 2023 thinking that Deepverge had a great year in 2022 based on those made up accounts, when infact Deepverge overstated the accounts by 100%, yes 100% and I believe their accountants still work there and are getting paid, wow!!

But we trust in Nigel Murray Brandon Junior the third to take over from Fiona, and keep signing those BS RNS feeds.

I will be making a list of all the RNS that are false of course and providing these to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and staff in Ireland will be pursuing the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) for unpaid wages and redundanciesa and likewise with the UK staff.

I would imagine plenty, however its important they are armed with the correct information. So questioning each of the RNS updates which of course were all fabricated is important and also in the passing of time as they do not pay staff and redundancies one would expect the correct information to come forward about these RNS statements and then things should slot into place here for people and suppliers pursuing DVRG.

We need to start making a list of the entire bag of tricks that DVRG and MSYS has pulled in the last 12/24 months. You could say he knows both sides of the same coin and I am sure knows plenty about that 1.4 million pound contract with MSYS did for DVRG just before DVRG made it clear they deceptively overstated the 2022 accounts by 100% no less and therefore MSYS were able to get a few hundred grand out of DVRG bank account before it went totally down the drain.

LTBeliever just to provide a counter here, I do not see any comparison/parallels unfortunately with Aptamer, your example is a bit like picking any stock and saying 'look it went up'.

1. Firstly you mention that the founder/ceo of aptamer was removed from that position. Has Gerard Brandon or Nigel Burton been removed, has any change been made to management or the board, not just for the failings at Microsaic but the complete destruction of Deepverge PLC? No they are still there and this points to a weak board, in fact basically the same board as DVRG, just shedding their skin and moving onto the next company and in doing so created some kind of bizarre 1.4million deal with DVRG for services that MSYS give it which is just a last ditch extraction mechanism! Infact would not surprise me if you see certain management from DVRG getting jobs in MSYS, why not, the board did that.

2. Aptamer is actually listed on AIM and has liquidity as a result, MSYS and DVRG are not! They at least released a set of accounts, MSYS did not and will not.

3. You say the new holders have doubled there money in Aptamer? So they have zero vesting period and it was a pump and dump raise? Or else they did not double their money and have a vesting period which will see continued decline if the company is again not run correctly and this forward forecasting is not pure deception. In MSYS and DVRG did the holders in the last raise double their money?

I do realize you are guessing and say as much but I see literally zero connection with MSYS and Aptamer from an investment point of view. Today you can invest in Aptamer if you wanted to, MSYS you cannot, that is as fundamentally different as it gets.

Also as you point to, we actually still do not know if Nigel Burton and Gerard Brandon and their accountants have conducted fraud. Maybe when that is known people might look at this again until then each week more and more will leak about Gerard Brandon, Nigel Burton and Fionan Murray and the way this scheme was run. Currently zero employees in Labskin, Skin Trust Club and Modern Water were paid for July, no pensions paid, on redundancies given, again did Aptamer pay its staff in July, its the 31st I should think they did! MSYS staff looking over their shoulders right now and if they are smart will be exiting as quickly as they can.

DVRG is not raising cash, they are going into administration with massive debts, miss-management and all human IP being left go and moving on. They were run by the same con men running MSYS so we have been warned. The management (if one can call them that) will not be releasing any audit for MSYS just like they did not for DVRG as they will be taking it private.

Yes Andrew and the entire team is gone at Modern Water in 2023, as they say in York, the place is a shambles. The liquidator will need to try and see if any of the many creditors can be repaid something.
