They have not even bothered to do an audit when required by AIM in June why would they bother their asses to update us in November on anything? Maybe around Guy Fawkes night they will set off one last bomb. Nov 5th keep an eye out for dramatic effect.

So Nigel Burton and Gerard Brandon decide to not release an RNS to let us know that in less than 60 days King Charles and Camilla will be playing with Labskin at their halloween party and the Microtox units to test their bathtubs or is that company filing link referring to the Netflix series the Crown? They are now having a laugh at us I would say. Where is the RNS with the Audit and grown up stuff in it??

@T Rat you will need to start reading the memo here being constantly written of by insiders on the boards. Labskin & Skin Trust Club websites are not coming back (not now anyway, maybe in the coming months as private entities), they are going to the liquidator which is the entire plan here from the outset, its all going private, PI are screwed, and also there will be no audit because its being allowed go to the liquidator, Nigel Burton perception of himself is he is too smart for an audit to unravel why his Financial Controller Shiv Rawal more than doubled the revenue of Deepverge for 2022 and why Nigel and Gerry allowed Fionan Murray fellow director buy his family members company Glanaco and then sign off on selling it back to said relation for a euro, to mention just 2 corrupt things here. No audit wanted or is going to happen here!

No websites are coming back, no audit will take place, the memo is liquidators and buy it privately for next to nothing. Read back on the people mentioning this 6 months ago and then validate all this in the coming months when it happens. God speed.

@sol001 clearly you are not looking at this objectively if you feel people are hating on Gerry! This is not about hating on someone as @whitecells and others have pointed out, this is about avoiding fraud and at best horrible corporate governance practices in the future and this will take a long long time to get over. Gerard Brandon and his gang have destroyed Deepverge PLC, lied on almost all RNS posts, released accounts that are over 100% inaccurate for 2022 and have literally been buying and selling companies to family members, hiring daughters, moving staff between Deepverge and Microsaic, fabricating contracts, it is a total shambles from top to toe and yes it has been reported and by all accounts suppliers, staff and AIM are all still seeking out next steps. Microsaic needs to avoid some of these things at least. See quote below from today's RNS.

"In addition to the above management changes, the Company intends to progress with the recruitment of a new CEO to ensure that the Company has the full set of skills necessary to take the business forward and return to compliance with the appropriate corporate governance standards. At that time it is expected that Bob Moore would revert to a non-executive role."

Literally the RNS is drawing attention to the fact that compliance, corporate governance standards and probably by the sounds of insiders posting,every other standard have been pi&$ed on to date. This company is on its knees and the RNS and lack of audit and desperation for finance suggests at deaths door. Wake up and stop with the "people don't like Gerry BS". People have every right to post here about how they hate Gerry and what other skeletons will crumble out of the closet. Good luck to Bob he has a miracle to pull off.

Well done for writing to the FCA and AIM regulators, I wonder when was the last time the AIM regulators did anything in terms of enforcement. It is likely they are very weak considering the same set of fraudsters are essentially running Microsaic and running the same bag of tricks on those investors. I am using these emails listed below. I have made a list of the less than appropriate actions from some of the obvious insiders that have posted here and I am going to be digging into each and every one independently.

The glaring ones are that Gerard Brandon is now CEO of Microsaic along with his buddy Nigel Burton and still Nigel Burton is CEO of Deepverge and signing a 1.4m sterling deal for services "unknown" with Microsaic. Also Director Fionan Murray announced buying his relations company Glanaco (without mentioning they were related) and then Nigel Burton, over a year later, announces selling the same company back to Fionan Murray borther, cousin or half-brother or whoever it is running Glanaco.

I think we all need to start looking at the directors of these businesses and who is related to whom. Are Riverfort or Sure Valley Ventures involved in Microsaic in anyway? Next you have the DVRG Group Financial Controller Shiv Rawal who more than doubled the revenue in DVRG for 2023 which was completely fabricated. Is he the mystery CFO of Microsaic too, because we have not seen anything from Microsaic in way of accounts? Then finally you have the glassdoor reviews and how the staff were obviously treated throughout this embarrassment, and they all look to be true it seems from insider information posted here. Anyone have anymore information on these, the Irish lovefest seems as deep as deepverge!

I see the Irish gaggle have removed the website deepverge.com today without even a single update. I assume, that is that then, I would have expected at least an RNS to say "it is all over," but that would have been expecting a little too much from this shambles of an investment as they probably couldn't even get that RNS right without lying. I wonder will AIM go after the paddy's or not, and is Gerard Brandon the plumber still the CEO of another AIM company in Microsaic. Staggering.
