@jez01 that is not a new website for glanaco.co.uk, it is years old and Glanaco could be expanding in to the Moon it would not matter they have been sold and are now private for a remarkable 1 pound!! Should you not be reporting that the websites labskin.co.uk and also skintrustclub.com seem to no longer be available!! It really is the end of the road and Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton really did do a number on everyone.

As another forum member pointed out, all social media posts come from Louise Doyle which is Gerard Brandon daughter so large pinch of salt needed. Currently nobody remains in Labskin to service any clients and also nobody remains in Skin Trust Club and nobody remains in Modern Water. All staff have been left go and Gerard Brandon and his gaggle want Microsaic to get it for nothing.

1. MSYS is run and managed by Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton , the same people who run DVRG. Everything is not good!

2. MSYS contract with DVRG is total frabricated nonsense and not worth anywhere close to 1.4million this was just created to extract money from DVRG into MSYS therefore MSYS would not be buying any debt as you suggest, on paper it might look like that but MSYS is as badly and fraudulently run as DVRG is.

3. DVRG is not going to release a set of audited accounts, they never intended to. Neither will MSYS.

Andrew Montone was the operations manager over at Modern Water before leaving Modern Water and Deepverge in February/March of 2023. Now there is nobody left in Modern Water, they all got the door, its a hollow vessel of BS and Glanaco is a street cleaning company and does not know the first thing about Modern Water and probably wished they never heard the name Modern Water.

And secondly this exact paragraph you post is from the made up revenue overstated in 2022 by Shiv Rawal the accountant working the numbers at DVRG and its group of now empty companies. Also the RNS stating that Deepverge acquired Glanaco, however we do not know if its Glanaco Ltd. or Glanaco Services Ltd? Why do 2 companies exist.

Also we all know all staff are being made redundant, again that is not true, they are not getting their redundancy they are owed, they are also not paid for July which is their legal right. Again the current BOD should have managed that better and made sure to not have them work July if they could not pay them for July, that is an issue for the courts.

How was Mr Waters going to magic away Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton literally falsely stating they did 100% more revenue than they did in 2022?

Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton signed a deal with DVRG (which they ran), there only deal worth 1.4 million knowing DVRG was a sinking ship after they assf*7ked it so hard and that was an extraction mechanism to get money out of DVRG into MSYS. Staff are currently using the WRC (workplace relationsin Ireland) and UK staff the equivalent in the UK to pursue their right to wages for work done, redundancies and holiday pay. Of course key private investors are contacting grant agencies and the agencies like Enterprise Ireland etc to make sure they are aware of the situation on the ground. Suppliers are all suing for services not paid for. Of course private investors should seek legal action of their own if they want to pursue the matter further.

This is Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton modus operandi , pump the social PR and spend on travel (labskin and Modern Water travel expenses are ridiculous) which is nothing but fabrication. Infact even the accounts unless audited are just pure fabrication, after all DVRG accounts were more than doubled at the end of 2022 knowing they would not be audited and that was even an RNS!!!

Notice how they used the language 45-50% of rather than 100% overstated! Cute english work there.

Camillus Glover and Shiv Rawal are still getting paid and still the accountants. That is strong leadership from Nigel Burton, have faith in MSYS, it is only but run by Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton is holding his hand!

MSYS is not running as usual!! Their stock has been de-listed, their main customer (customer is a stretch as that contract is a total fabrication) is in ruin, and the people responsible for that ruin actually run MSYS who cannot even produce an audit set of accounts to fulfill AIM rules!! what planet is that 'business as usual'!!! You are starting to sound like Gerard Brandon, Nigel Burton and Fionan Murray!!! DVRG and MSYS are not different stories, they are the same book, run by the same people, it seems a significant amount of education will need to come to these forums. Even the commercial director at MSYS was the commercial lead sales at DVRG.

Let us wait for that RNS, it will state more BS about waiting on the audit and of course then it will be 'private time' and a whole new set of rules. Before that however, lots of detail to pour over.
