RE: Weekend Relief (Just for Fun)9 May 2026 09:31
Still desperate to change the subject and have some positivity to read over the weekend...
The Bull Case:
No one wants the whole company. MKAR goes ahead, and an American player (MP, etc.) buys Maginito for $1.2bn, a slight premium on the base case ($1bn). That works out to roughly £1.98 per share.
Upstream MKAR - valued at $400m (£320m), which divided by the share count = £0.82 per share.
Final price: £2.80 per share. This sits at the upper end of the models for a fully de-risked enterprise.
Timeline:
September 2026 - MKAR listing goes live.
February 2027 - Germany hits 750 tpa, proving the scale-up tech. EXIM bank approves the $92m debt facility.
May 2027 - Tech is proven, funding is secured, and the $1.2bn bid happens.
What does that mean for me? Hitting financial independence a couple of years early. I'd start working in the charity sector offering financial education for young people and those in need (sounds like I'm trying to be worthy, but it would just be more satisfying than the current job, so selfish really)!
Your go!
