I have Voted No through my broker. CONSOLIDATION and SHs will be left with very little. Nothing extra to lose by Voting NO. IF you Vote yes. Your Voting to give them Permission, To keep on MANAGING the CASH CAREFULLY?. The same way that they have done so previously. With the Proposed First Installment Coming up, CONSOLIDATION AGAIN. Anybody believe otherwise ??. Please Inform me where I'm Incorrect Please. IMO.

Thanks Freddie for updates Let all us LTSHS hope that GM/SATU see the light and NOT ATTEMPT another CONSOLIDATION. Every LTSH and the Market knows what needs to be done. Most of GM's SECONDHAND SHS were the Financiers of All the Heavily Discounted Placings and sold up almost Immediately. On top of the Suspected forward Selling that was debated many times on the BBs?. The real SHs In Valirx are/were the People Like JG RIP that took heavy losses and Any of the Present ones that are Carrying Very heavy Losses also. I know You know all that Freddie. I'm just reminding Investors.

Agree, That EIGHT of a Penny. Which sounds desperate but does that mean the SP has to x by 12 to reach that 1P. Or have I got it wrong. IF I'm correct IT just shows how much the SP has to rise for LTSHs to retrieve anything. IMO.

It may have being mentioned before. Maths Experts, Am I correct?. The AFTER CONSOLIDATION SP will be 12.4P. SO IF IT goes through On the latest SP. Investors will down Straight away by Circa 20%. New SP, 12.4P divide by 125 = .099. Friday's Closing SP .08. So .099 - .08 = Minus .0192 = Overall Minus 20% on PROPOSED CONSOLIDATION SP. Thats IF they get a Placing away at .08. Who will give the Funds (Even a Good Pharma) the going rate SP for a Share of the Co. Bearing In mind the History of previous Placings. Please correct me on any of the above IF I'm Incorrect Please. IMO

Don't kid yourself. Read my Previous posts with the RNSs that I have referred to. CONSOLIDATIONS Didn't Solve the Funding problems then and definitely Won't This time. Serious Investment In Some way by the BOD. Without Further Dilution. Major reduction In Salaries and NO bonuses Untill they Turn the Co around. IMO.

Agree with Borgie. IMO. Valirx has NO chance of surviving. The Only way this Co Is going to have ANY chance of Surviving. IS. Valirx has to be Funded By the BOD until they Sell OR partner for a Cash sum that Puts the CO on a proper Footing. NO CONSOLIDATION. Please read my Post that Contains the REF RNSs and get a proper Picture of How this Co has been Financed over the Years. IMO.

Anybody know IF Bonuses and how much were paid In 2018?

From Satu and GM. Simple. Show the Market IN a really genuine Way that They GM/Satu believe that the Co has Something of Value. IMO.

Read though the Official RNSs All the Consolidations that the BOD/Valirx have had. Look Through All the Placings and Equity/ Placings that they have had. All on the Valirx Website. But check the ones I've provided the dates for. IF this Consolidation Is allowed to be carried out MOST SHS will be wiped out . IF GM & Satu think SO much of the Val's 201.401 and The other Vals and have Interest for them, let them Back them with their Own money. The LTSHs have carried This Co for long enough. IMO.

I Had a bit of time to spare had a look at Valirx Website. Worth a look at Dates Provided.
RNS. 22/ April/2015, Consolidation I for 125. RNS. 27/07/2007, Consolidation 1 for 30. RNS. 28/01/2009, Equity Reorganize. RNS. 01/04/2010, Equity Reorganize. I don't understand the 2 Equity reorganize but I believe they Don't make things any better for Shs. I got tired counting the amount of Placings and Equity Placings but there Sure IS plenty.
The More Professional Posters/Investors Worth a look. IMO.

Absolutely correct Freddie. A SERIOUS Cash Injection by GM&Satu AND NO CONSOLIDATION IS the Only answer to the Position Valirx Is In. It would need to be Done pretty quick and before the GM. They Should have done that themselves without any Prompt a Very Long time ago. They have being saying that the Co will go Into Admin If they don't carry the Vote at Nearly every GM/AGM when they were getting plenty of hassle. And that's back to when the Late Great JG RIP went to those meetings. Maybe the Co will go into admin but that's where It's going anyway without SERIOUS INVESTMENT from GM/Satu. Ask yourselves this, with the Market having No appetite for Valirx Shares at present FA SP of approx 1/12P of 1P whom In their right mind will want any at 125 times Dearer and a Placing IF they can get one?. Also Ask yourselves this IF they Get someone to Finance a Placing Probably at a FireSale Price. Will that someone then Dump?. I doubt Very much that they will be able to Do the Foreward Sell. All IMO. Sorry for the Negs Chaps But I honestly Don't want to see anymore SHs like the many on the BB and those long gone Losing any more money In this Co. Please correct me If your not happy with any of the above. All IMO.

IF that's agreed IT should definitely grab the attention of many Majors. Surely a Bio doesn't get that without the compound having some serious Positives. I hope anyway.

Consolidation, A holder of circa 20,000000 shares will amount to after being divided by 125 ...... 160,000. Yes they'll tell you It makes no Difference because the SP will x by the same 125. As one poster mentioned before They then have to Issue another Firesale (at a Weakness)Placing to keep up the wages and bonuses. Ask yourselves Why do they have to have All these Consolidations. Look where the SP IS after all of them that they already have had?. Because there IS no Interest In the Shares from Proper LTSHs only from traders. Because IT SEEMS up to presently NO Partner, Pharma have not put their hand In their pocket. This latest PROPOSED Consolidation must be a record amount for any Co even on the AIM. I know some of that Later Investors are hoping for a spike to salvage something and will vote accordingly. Best of luck. IMO IF you get a Spike on one of the next Valirx standard RNSs , Do you really think you will have a chance of getting out ?. The only event that will change Valirx's deplorable position IS. SHs/Market are Informed by RNS that the Deal for Val 401 has being concluded OR that a new Partner has Invested Serious Cash and SHs are notified by RNS of the Name of that Partner and the Full Details and NO CONSOLIDATION. And the LTSHS will have Nothing Left. You can see from the Posters that most are down 90%+ at present. The latest Investors will Maybe be OK for a little while Untill Valirx do their next Managing the Investors Cash wisely Placing. Remember the Consolidation IS one thing. Then they have to do a Placing at circa 125 x the SP on the day at best. OR Worse. Doe's that seem correct to you Investors/Posters?. IMO.

With respect It's as HeidHincho says. Your probably one that has Invested very late. So small Average. Just as many of the LTSHS had many moons ago. Dream on If you think your going to be any better off that the rest of us the way things are going. Look at how much down the Last Week Investors are already. IMO this Co holds No respect for IT's SHs. Remember We're Only Second Hand SHs. IMO.

This Next Consolidation Wipes out All the LTSHs. The Last Consolidation Wiped out My First Investment In this Co. This Next one Will wipe out my latest (last 5 years) Investment. This IS seemingly the way this BOD Raises Cash. THIS will be the THIRD CONSOLIDATION that I can remember. I BELIEVE that there was 1 other before them. Posters CORRECT ME if I'm wrong. So Admin In my opinion either way anyway. Valrix/BOD don't seem to have the Goods for this Co to survive without this handy Consolidation again. IMO there IS Only One way. GM & Satu to Finance the CO In whatever way that It can be done. Salaries as previously stated 75% reduction Until the Co shows IT's worth Financially and Scientific wise. Just Think about IT. What sort of news doe's this Co need to turn things around. UNLESS you believe that ALL the Supposed Good news, Deals etc are being held back (For What reason) Your only dreaming otherwise. IMO.
