I don't get any gratification In Venting my anger on the Way this Co Has been Managed. One Simple thing on the way this Management treat the SHs In this Co . IS the Firesale Placings. Just Imagine In having to Fund the Co by such Placings, and then To Rub SHs Faces In IT by taking Bonuses/Benefits etc. Feel free to correct me. IMO.

They wanted IT to be done When the CO Share Capital IS at ONLY 1.53BL . ONLY 1/3rd of the amount IN Circulation the LAST TIME (3.7BL) when they CONSOLIDATED the CO. Feel free to Correct me. IMO.

The Last CONSOLIDATION at 125/1 was RNS'd on the 22/April/2015 WHEN THE TOTAL AMOUNT of SHARES IN ISSUE WAS 3.7BL. SIT UP LADS, they WANTED to DO ANOTHER CONSOLIDATION when the TOTAL NO OF SHARES IN ISSUE IS circa ONLY 1/3rd OF That TOTAL AT THE LAST CONSOLIDATION (Around 1.53BL). EVEN IF they COME up with Something Positive WITHOUT CONSOLIDATION, SHs Will need to SEE EXACTLY (PROOF) HOW Good those Val201, Val401 are. IS THERE ANYBODY wanting to make an OFFER. I Don't think there IS. SO what's the money needed for. To carry on with More Trials to Try and IMPROVE the Compounds AGAIN. Guess how long that's going to take. Remember IT's almost 2 years Since we heard of the 6 Interested and 2 discussing territorial problems. IF those 6 were Interested Surely with the Extra News on that Compound after that Further 2 Years Information They'd be more Interested. Unless the Compound IS Valueless after seeing that extra data after that 2 years. . Feel free to correct me. IMO.

Absolutely, Not a Hint of Any Interest. The BOD thought All that was required For ANOTHER 125/1 CONSOLIDATION was to Call Another GM and the SHs to Vote IT through Like before. SHs Have Carried Valirx/BOD for long enough. Time for them to Step UP and Prove what the SHs/Market was Told was Correct. IMO.

Was there any Interest from Any Pharmas?. IF SO. Was Any Pharma OFFER Refused?. For what reason Was the Offer Refused?. IF there Was Interest. IT would Give a Slight Hope to there being a Value to the Compounds. IF, IF, IF there was NO Interest from Pharmas then WE have Nothing. With the Amount OF no Votes IT should be Possible to get OFFICIAL PROOF of that Situation. After all with the State that Valirx IS IN. The Present SHs have very Little more to lose and there May be the Chance that a Previously Interested Pharma might renew that Interest with a Changed Position In Valirx. IMO

That's the Reason I keep repeating NO FURTHER CONSOLIDATION OR FURTHER DILUTION of SHs FUNDS. Let GM/SATU FINANCE Valirx Until They Conclude one OF those Deals/Partners/NDAs/CDAs/LOIs/Talks etc that they KEPT Telling Investors that they were/are Involved In. With the Amount of Money they have raised Over the Years, Valirx should be In a reasonable Finance Position today. How much Better would the be In IF the BOD DID Manage the Co Cash Carefully. That's also allowing that No Deal has been Done Up to Today. Which would have Given the SHs after all those years of Fund Raising something at This Stage to Look Forward To. All That with the Caveat that Whatever Trial News we're Waiting on Does Prove that Val 201, Val 401 and the rest Are of Any Use to Anybody. Feel Free to Correct me. IMO.
