IF the Careful Management of SHs/Cos Funds were adhered to AS Promised. Not wasted on Deals like that Last one, Taking Bonuses when the Co Was/IS on It's knees, etc etc. Simple let the BOD Put IT Right By Gifting the Funds or Complete a Deal that's IF they want to Change the NO Vote. IMO, your one sad person. You can't see any good In Faron. Every Co no matter how good they are will Always have their IFs and Buts. That's Life.
