HE and Satu would GIFT the Co the Funds Until they Crystallized some Value for the SHs AS Promised by Satu Many Times. You know Even at this Late Stage IF they Did GIFT the Funds and removed the need for Consolidation. The Market WOULD THEN believe that the Co has Something of Value and Would have to at least Give GM, Satu the benefit of a very doubtful doubt. Feel Free to Correct me. IMO.

The Hoped for Spike for Some to get out?. OR DO you Actually believe that a Deal Will/May come through on Some Compound that WILL put the CO on a Solid Footing??. Brilliant?. I'm Happy with that IF I can Get Some of my Money back?. The ONLY problem I have with that Last Scenario IS. IF the CONSOLIDATION IS a Fore Gone Conclusion and IS legal. What's the point In SHs Owning a Co that their Majority Vote IS NOT Deemed a Result. That Surely Has to be Accepted and Obeyed as to the Will of said SHs. So What's the Point In SHs having Any say In the Running of a Co IF the BOD can Do what they Like either way. IMO.

The Usual /Stuff. Could have got out years ago. I got Angry about 3 years ago after I seen How they Fund Themselves and the CO. Get yourself Up to date and Ask yourself how could Any Co survive on Doing Deals like that Last one. LTSHs Invested In the CO on the reasonable Opinion of what WE/LTSHs were told about How Good these Compounds Are/Were. Then Hopefully bring something to Fruitition after some years and that patients Would have Benefited from them. AND YES maybe make a profit. IMO.
