Commiserations and welcome to the club. I feel your pain. We Investors know the the Risk. So, Isn't It unbelievable that with So Many Disgruntled Investors In a CO that Nobody of Authority takes Any Notice. Posters BTW, my last sentence In my last Post was tongue In Cheek. I really believe that we All know that unless a Miracle we are doomed. IMO.

BB, They get the message alright but They don't give a fiddlers. We're Only Second Hand SHS according to GM. What bugs me IS that No Financial Authority Seems to have taken any Notice Of How many Desperate Placings has taken place In this Co. Worse still the Discounts the BOD Had to give because the SP was on the Floor. To hear Satu say that one of the last Placings was done at a Premium. Was that Statement True??. Then Continuing to allow All those CONSOLIDATIONS. I've being Investing In the AIM for 20 years and I have NEVER seen the sort of Cash Management as done with Valirx. In that Time I never complained or Posted about any Co on any BB, One exception but didn't complain was a Bio Well known to many but I had very Little Invested. How ironic, I did get the same Feeling about Valirx as I did with that Bio When Valirx announced that 2015 CONSOLIDATION and complaints starting to be posted on the BB. Like a fool I took to Posting In the BOD's Defense In that I thought like any start up Valirx needed more time. IF any Pharma that I am Invested In Failed In a Trial. I like any other Investor would take IT on the Chin. That's the Risk you take with Pharma. Here's Valirx With Seemingly No Failures after All those Trials BUT Nobody IS Interested and an SP of 1/8 of 1P. What's Going On ??. AGAIN BOD Apologies IF you have Pen in hand about to Sign any of those Deals. IM

Just about says It all. IF they were not Prepared to SAVE Valirx from Admin, What does that tell you. What will Happen to IPs that the LTSHs Paid for through Buying the Dumped Placing Shares?. Was the AIM set up to enable Small Start Ups a chance to raise Funds?. IS this the way the Authorities meant for this market to operate?. Please correct me IF I'm wrong. A Co can List on the AIM. It then stats to Trade. After some time their not generating enough Cash. They then start to Place extra Shares. Keep on doing so. Then they Keep CONSOLIDATING the Co until the last drop Is drained out of It?. Did GM Say In that Interview that He/Valirx got some of the Valirx IPs/Cos by picking bits of Cos In Admin ?? . What will happen to Valirx's IPs when It goes Into Admin?. IS the above a reasonable assessment of the way Investors/Posters see It. Please feel free to Correct me If that's Not the case and I have It completely Wrong. IMO.

Don't worry It will be easy to count your salvaged Shares after Your preferred CONSOLIDATION. Then Always remember you will get plenty of opportunities to Keep averaging down. You know how I know that? because that's what happened to most LTSHs like myself after CONSOLIDATION.. Here's a nugget . Remember you were mentioning your preferred 10 bagger. Well after Your CONSOLIDATION, that will mean to obtain that 10B the SP has to reach £1.25 . Fat chance of that when not very many Investors want the share at the present 1/8 of 1P. IMO. Open to correction as always.

I don't know. Like most other happenings or should I say Unhappenings. Valirx/BoD never seem to give any proper explanation to the Market/SHs of the Final outcomes. So all one can take from that IS that It's In the Negative. IF otherwise I dare to say the BOD would be shouting from that rooftops. Well AFAICS that's what they do with any smidgen of what the BOD may think IS good news. IMO.

S H. Action groups ONLY Voice their NEGATIVE Opinions when the BOD Don't seem to Carefully Manage the CO's Cash as Carefully as they said they would. Obviously you must be Happy with the Last Deal they done?. So Can I ask you?. Would You Tell the Posters/SHs what exactly was the eventual outcome of that Deal? Was there a mention of £250,000 to be paid?. Was the Market Informed of the way that was concluded?. For that matter, Does any poster know how that Deal was Concluded. Please feel free to correct me on any of the above. IMO.

Appears that GM seems to think that that Valirx have really Good Compounds according to that Interview, Loads of Patents, Loads of Interest BUT NO Money. That Interview was 18 Months AGO. Still seems NO Pharma Interest Hence Today the Valirx SP IS 1/8 of 1P. ESPECIALLY, Listen to GM's Last Comment. Feel Free to correct me on any of the above. IMO.

Excuse for Pointing out. IF I'm Correct. Investors have to attend at Original Venue First and IT seems then the Meeting IS Officially Transferred to New Venue. You then make your way to there at a later time obviously. One thing for the Few Positive Posters to chew on. The last CONSOLIDATION was carried when the Valirx SC was 3.7BL. the Co reached Only 1.353BL this time and have to do It AGAIN. Just goes to show the State the Co IS in. Please correct me IF I'm wrong. IMO.

Destroy my Investment ?. I Only Invested Plenty of Cash In Valirx Shares. Presently worth Very Very little. My Investment was destroyed for me. My Tone?. You think I should respond to posts as you do . No thanks. IMO.

With Respect. I didn't ask you How many shares you held. Just you seemed a bit agitated, but I found out why. Earlier In the Month you thought that you would get a Quick 10 bagger. That the SP would have spiked to 1.12P. You seemed fairly positive. Then you got a dose of Valirx reality. The SP started to fall So fast that you didn't get enough time/chance to sell the lot. Your now left with an over priced SP Salvage shares. That you hope that Even with another CONSOLIDATION you might retrieve something even though the SP will have to be 125 + times greater to salvage your Initial Investment. Best of luck with that. Think about the LTSHs for a change that held their Shares for years at much higher averages. In the belief that at this time and stage In Valirx's history we would be in a Proper Position both compound and SP wise . That's Our gripe. All In My Opinion .

With Respect. Do you own Shares or are you waiting on the PROPOSED CONSOLIDATION before you do Invest. IF you own 1000 shares presently you will own 8 after CONSOLIDATION. IMO.
