LTSHs Like myself supported the BOD for years when they were getty hammered by a few long gone abusive posters. It's Seems now that Maybe those long gone posters were correct SO FAR. Remember the SHs In Valirx are looked on as Only SH SHs and don't seem to be deemed as of any advantage to Valirx. IMO. Alas It's a pity that I didn't know that or was told that when the Co were looking for new Investors. IMO.

But Valju I wonder IS there Anything positive to Inform us of. Looking at that last RNS sounded to ME anyway the same as very many of the previous ones. Maybe I'm missing something. IMO.

What exactly have the BOD to show after the 9 years that I'm Invested. Thats after a further Consolidation etc. The SP at 1/10 of 1P. IS some of the money raised yesterday to be Used for another report?. IS THAT another report after the already awaited Dr Linch Report?. Any news on Val 401 Deal that the 6 were discussing that the 2 had territorial problems with??. Managing funds Carefully?. Taking bonuses for what?. Every Placing a worse FireSale placing than the previous one.?. What was the EHGO or Whoever undone Deal all about Or for what??. IS there Anything Positive about Any of the compounds?. Yes some compounds have been brought through some Trials but Do the continuing RNSs on them sound Very similiar to Previous ones?. How Good are the Results?. Was there any mention of Val 201 showing further Efficacy on the tiny bit of Efficacy that was mentioned In reports years ago?. I know I was told that the trial was only for safety etc. BUT wasen't Efficacy mentioned a lot earlier that It Needed/Shouldn't have been In earlier Presentations? That was when that Trial Was only for safety Etc?. What about being told IT B....y Works?. Can posters/Investors just Imagine how Valirx might be today IF some capable Finance person was In charge for all those Years. Even IF the Compounds were/are only showing Some benefits I think there would be Pharma Interest IF the Co were In a much better Financial position. Which the Co should be In with proper Finance Managing, No Bonuses until success. Would a Pharma see that with the Co In better financial position, bringing more Confidence/ Sentiment In the Co and may see IT as worth trying to take the Compounds further On. Please correct me on anything that you think may be Incorrect. AIMOO.

IMO, and agree Investor fatigue maybe taking hold. Would have thought though that 40P would have been a more reasonable buyout/Back In price. Afterall even though a Major Pharma hasn't gotten Involved, Sclp are a lot more forward compound wise since the SP was at 40p previously. At least It's good that there maybe someone Interested. AIMO. Agree with three and your on the pig's back. No problem. Like almost every Co posters air their grievences on their BBs. It's the very same on this BB. There wasn't/Isn't many happy with the US delay and latterly the dosing. Better to be hearing honest comments on those things than the repetitious Up and Down never ending boring commentary on the notingness on minute Rise or Fall of a SP. Let's hope we get repetitious RNSs on ALL the Compounds very shortly. It's also great that you can voice concerns on a BB and Some posters that may not agree with you Don't castigate you. Crakin, Lesson 1 on the Sclp BB Don't give a Honest seemingly Neg opinion OR the Pack of three will light on you. Why did'nt any Pharma take an Interest In SCIB1 In what seems to be a Very Good compound??. Still on the shelf going on 4 years. IS it there lies the problem. Do Pharmas think that Sclp are on the wrong path and will take a lot of convincing and even better results with Sclp's newer compounds to convince Pharmas that Sclp Are on the right path. What says a lot and was worring to me was. When the shares were dumped last year No Pharma seen Sclp as any bargain at Even Under 4P SP. You hear the BS about the SP Up 100% + etc. FROM What under 4P. Look at the earlier posted SPs over the years. I'm sure a lot of LTSHs were delighted with that rise!!!. Where IS the Major gain??. Anyway I'm a LT Investor/holder. I feel sorry for the Staff of Sclp. All their great efforts with the different compounds you would think deserve better recognition. Let's hope they (Sclp) Are on the right path and rewarded with even better results with the newer compounds In the Trials. That ALL their efforts Are rewarded with a Major Pharma taking a major Interest. AIMOO. IMO. IMO.

Sclp produced a good/vgood compound In SCIB1. Great Doctors and Scientists Involved. Any Major Pharma Interest after 3 years?. No. IMO, There lies Sclp'sproblem. Why should any Pharma be Interested In Sclp's newer compounds?. Sclp Got good results with SCIB1. Do Pharma's think Maybe Sclp are on the wrong path?. IMO.

I think The reason that was given for the Manufacturing of the compound was extra Tooling up was required was required and too costly. IT seemed a funny reason. IS this Manufacturer In the Business of Manufacturing Drugs/Compounds. Surely they knew when bidding for the contract their (Manufacturer) All costs were Included In their calculation????. Could IT be that the Manufactuter Now thinks that seeing this Compound has a reasonably good chance of being very successful they didn't charge more at the start???. I'm probably stupid In thinking that but would you think that the more of the compound you manufacturer the less cost to the manufacturer. Just Asking the more experienced Posters. AIMOO.

To Allow the BOD to buy Shares at the Now nothingness SP. They could buy the Co for very little. The time for them to Invest/Shares In lieu was at the very latest well over a year ago. With all the prompting that they were getting all along and Not doing so Rang alarm bells with me. I had to wonder WERE the Compounds really showing worth while results???. Any Pharma/Partner think so??. Val 401 talks going on a long time. Maybe they are coming to a conclusion??. AIMOO.

They had plenty of opportunities to buy Into the Co IF they really wanted to. Why would directors not have bought Into the Co that they are employed In??. Why would they Not buy Into the Co that they said they were In talks with 6 Interested Parties for 401???. Why would they Not buy Into the Co that employed them that had to resort to FireSale placings to keep a float ???. At this stage In the Co's Sad history I Don't want them to even attempt to buy In at this disgraceful almost for nothing SP. On & On & On It goes. Hello Freddie. When you think of All that has gone on with Valirx. would an LTSH Investor have to be forgiven If they believe that the Co Is slowing going out of business. Seems nothing wrong with the Compounds (Except seemingly nobody buying ). IYO, What was the purpose of the EHGO and the £250000 get out fee??. Have you Any Idea or did you ever Ask GM and get a logical explaination of the benefits of that Deal or non deal???. Do you OR any SH In Valirx know what way the Co Is fixed on anything to do with the Co except In what we are Informed of In IMO the repetitive RNSs. I'm Invested In another Bio that SHs are kept up to date by many RNS/Presentations on Progress on Finance, Compound Wise, further Investment In the Cos Shares by BOD, Big Investor, and Staff Members. IS that Co the Only Co that are so Up Front and have the Genuine Interests of SHs as one of their major concerns??. Sorry about the Neg Freddie. I know how much you are committed just as I was some time ago. IMO.

Is the management of the Financing of Valirx up there with the Worst management of Any Co on the AIM. What rating would you give It ???. This Is a LTSH asking. IMO.

Respect and agree with your opinion. Personally like many SHs that Invest In Bio Cos In the hope that something positive Is produced that would reduce the pain and suffering by many with Prostate Cancer and most especially a lot of our friends and relations. More especially when you are Informed by professional people managing a Co that tells you Many times that everything Is going well and with Pharmas interested etc etc. You espect plenty of ups and downs but to be down 90/99% on Such a Co. You hope at least IF everything goes belly up that that would be the case. Most LT Investors like myself would be happy with a positive result on a compound and some return on their Investment after Staying Invested for 9 years. A Happy Christmas to the LTSHs anyway. IMO.
