Lack of RNS suggests that the buyback does not seem to be active. Buyback is managed by their broker and it does seem weird that they were previously active around the 6p region but don't see value in 4s.

It feels like company has decided to freeze buyback while investigation regarding accounting anomalies is ongoing. For me, this is wrong:
a) if they have halted the buyback, they should at least have let shareholders know
b) if they have instructed broker to freeze buyback while investigation is ongoing, surely they should have asked for trading to be suspended for all.
c) surely, they haven't frozen the buyback due to anticipating another drop in share price as for me, this contitutes insider trading.

We need clear communication as to why the buyback does not seem active at the moment. Another failure from Toby and co.

They used the following words from Sept 2016 Interims:

"Going forward, the Board will continue to review the cash requirements of the business and the options available to it, including a progressive dividend policy, to return excess capital to Shareholders."

They had the dangling carrot since 2016 yet f**k all in terms of dividend in all those years. Yet, they benefitted from increasingly attractive remuneration packages and freebies.

Accounting error or not, Toby and co deserve to be kicked out now.

Bakky. tbh, my average is quite low (4.7p) but this down to luck rather than anything else since i was waiting on sidelines to buy at 5.5p prior to the accounting RNS. So, i am confident that i would profit from any sale in the short term. Same cannot be said for other long term holders and it is a shame considering the fundamentals on which they would have invested. Shows how bad management have been in destroying shareholder value.

I think there is more to the departure of SJL that we were told at the time. I feel it was more to do with frustration building with Toby and co that subsequently pushed him out. Remember, he was used to his ICM dividend and even he, as the largrst shareholder at the time, was unable to convince Toby to give us a dividend.

Toby helped to stabilise the sinking ship, for which he has been handsomely remunerated. But, it is high time that he creates shareholder value, else it is time for us to tell him to get the f**k out of the company.

Bakky, once they repair this damage, another thing will come up judging how things have evolved in last few years. Since strategic review, the share price has just been in a downtrend.
Shareholders have seen share price on its knees while Toby and co habe taken large amounts of money as remuneration. Don't get me started on the share freebies...

The longer we wait, lower the sale price will be. It just gives more time for Toby and co to milk the company.

Fake bid at 4.7p. Expecting a drop to reflect that.

I guess those investors were literally lied to their face. Buy hey, i expexct the directors to get away with it again.

Bakky, BBanks, we had accounting issues in the past and nothing changed. So, nothing to suggest a change this time around.

Cash position down. Prob enough margin not to raise at this stage. Let's see whether they can tame their outgoings and whether the increased marketing costs translate to increased revenue.
