What else do you expect when you post somrthing like the below:
"the price on this share since spring but never really followed its news would now be good timing to buy cant think it can go much lower what do you guys who know it think thanks"
Should hear about it either tomorrow or Monday. No issues anticipated but expect share price games before then. There will be an attempt to break support at low 15s before recovering.
Some PIs may not have sufficient liquidity to take up all rights (10k required dor original 3k investment) . On RRs side, they don't care since RI is fully underwritten. I haven't been through RI details yet to confirm whther PIs are able to sell their rights.
Gladiator, disagree. If you buy now (assuming 130p) and take your rights, your avg will be around 54.6p. Not sure how you got 97p. As we know, these will be available for much less than 130p today
For those struggling: 3 shares at 130 = 390 10 shars at 32 = 320 Gives 13 shares for 710, with a price of 54.6p The 32p is a discount of 41% on the 54.6p
Remember the concerted buying by the directors in April this year at 10p to 11p. Well, share price now at 3p. Hardly substantial amounts bought and clearly, CFO was not interested.
A lot of the PIs have been getting "a taste of the action" from significantly higher levels. Apparently, there was no wzy it was going lower than, 15p, then 12p, then 8p, then 6p,then 4.5p. Yet, here we are at 3p.
Brason, in that head of yours, have you contemplated the scenario that the CB owners could be the shorters? I guess not since it does not fit the ramping story.
Brason, and how much of that cash is required for the WI, just to keep the well flowing. How much for ghr decommisioning bonds? Shareholders more likely to be wiped out.
RE: A Potential Bid Here Now Looking Imminent24 Sep 2020 08:08
Well, you are more likely to be wiped out than see any upside. Any bid, if ever there is one, will prob only cover CBs, leaving current shareholders with a big fat zero.
Same lot have been ramping it from much higher levels. Current holders should not complain if they get wiped out. Been a lot of red flags already; guess a few prefer to turn a blind eye.
