Miserly managed to exit the stock this morning. Could explain the dip below 5p, although it was impossible to buy less than 5p.

Share price could fully recover with the tender offer and ongoing buyback. They really should tighten those accounting measures though.

That 938k represented almost 10% of revenue in H2 2019. They seem to have a lot of issues on how the revenue is recognised and they do seem to have quite a bit of impairments due to lack of receipt of funds.Have they been cooking the books?

Auditors should be finecombing all the numbers again, so expect more investigations on revenue recognition. These are seldon one off events. As I said, trust is easily broken.

More pressure on cash resources as a result of movung part of it to restricted. Maths suggest they will need to raise money, if they wish to go forward with the WI.
Unlikely they will be ableto repay bonds, potentially leading to shareholder wipeout.

Share price likely to be extremely volatile leading to CMD. US elections at the start of Nov will make it more interesting.

Mcco, I think you are looking at the wrong column. The 70% corresponds to the percentage of votes that were cast on the day. Votes for reelection of directors were close to 100%.

Interesting that the "unknown" buyer continues to accumulate.
