Another day of lining the pockets of the board while shareholders suffer. If i were Toby and co, i would be laughing at the shateholders, knowing they are immune to any financial loss. All these shareholders can do is moan on a forum. Nothing happening until IIs decide to act. You have to wonder why the IIs are quiet...

BB, they don't care about shareholders. They care about themselves. Pretty much all their actions reflect this.
They may even come out of this saga unscratched.

Based on Toby and co's past performance, you should consider yourself lucky if tender offer is even at 5p. They are likely to use any excuses to milk shareholders.
Dividend has been mentioned for years but still evading shareholders lol.

It's funny how Toby and co shout out about their accompishments in every single interview; yet, share price keeps falling under their tenure.

BB, buyback is meant to be independently managed by the broker i.e not directly involving company. Why is broker not executing the buyback esp considering price is significantly below the 6p mark where they were very active. My only explanation is that they have received instructions from Company.
