If so, then they will submit the new health claim submission in 2022 and it could be 2025/26 before it is approved. Alternatively if the original submissions went ahead in 2019, we could get an approval in 2022.

The revenue growth was actually in previous years, but skewed by Covid. Next year, we’ll probably be flat or a fall due to Covid.

I think last years (19/20) results were impacted by Covid in Q4 (Jan/Feb/Mar when Covid hit EU) resulting in much lower revenue being reported.

Total - £482k compared to £348k the previous year.

This could bring the operating loss down to about £100k.

Re the 2022 renegotiation. Didn’t we already renegotiate improved terms for PXS a couple of years ago?

September and December are the two dates for PXS, leaving no real updates for 9 months. Quite frustrating.

Transformational news could come at any moment. The By-Health deal is described as transformational is the half year results RNS. By-Health sell around $690m of health supplements per year and Fruitflow is expected to be a large part of their anti-aging range and sports range. Their involvement certainly will be transformational to this loss making company. It will push us well into profit, if we are not there already by the time it comes.

We know the SAMR Blue Hat process typically takes 2 to 3 years. We know that By-Health were targeting their first submission in Feb/March 2019. We know that Covid impacted a lot of processes by around 6 months.
If you assume 2.5 years for the process, plus 6 months for Covid impact, you have 3 years total. That means our best guess would be Feb/March next year for approval (if successful). I assume that if the first claim failed, we would not hear about it. Their next claim submission was targeted for Sept 2019. So that would make it Sept 2022 for approval of the 2nd claim.

That said, we don’t know exactly where the 2 to 3 years starts. Is that from the submission of the trial results? If not, it may be sooner.

Five studies have been successfully completed in China, one clinical study and one animal study are currently ongoing and a further planned two human studies have recently been confirmed by By-Health. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused some delays to the ongoing and planned studies, with By-Health seeking to keep these delays to a minimum.

Yes, DSM Venturing invested in a large stake in Provexis, then DSM Nutritional Products invested heavily in Fruitflow production capability and marketing just for the craic. Then we have By-Health spending large amounts of money on 9 independent studies into Fruitflow just for laughs. And those silly global brand owners throwing away their hard earned money planning product launches. Then the Chinese distributor, oh man! what is he thinking :). Who the hell wants blood flowing smoothly with normal blood pressure and cholesterol anyway!!
