They want EFSA health claim to be on all tomato based products. They are trying to piggyback on FF research instead of doing their own. It’s not the same thing. FF is produced to have exactly the right amount bioactive compounds with a process that can be repeated and tested to ensure consistency. Applying that to all tomatoes with no controls is very different. I think they are a long way off getting any kind of EU approved health claim.

I always thought that FF is made from the by-product of Passata, tomato concentrate and the likes. They throw away the seeds and jelly and we take that. I'm sure that's what Moon said about 12 years ago, when they held the audio meetings / podcasts that they held.

I am hoping that JuneYao Qin drink will re-launch when FF is available to them. That was a big one that was pulled due to the regulation changes in 2016. They had done all the product research and development and successful mini-launch before being pulled. Stands to reason that they will continue with it.

If anyone is going to the AGM, it would be good to get a better understanding of the SAMR process, the current position of BH in that process and the expected timeline for a ruling one way or another. They won’t give away any sensitive details regarding BH, but may give some broad timelines from a PXS standpoint.

Certainly a possibility. He is well connected, the kind of person that would be required to go it alone without DSM.

It's the one that was created by Nestle Accelerator program to help small companies launch innovative products. Hope it doing well, as it may encourage Nestle to launch FF products.

Healthy China 2030 highlighted platelet aggregation as a major health risk to be addressed. BH are addressing that with FF at significant cost to them. Other companies will look to use FF in their products to demonstrate how they are contributing to Healthy China 2030. All these studies will help BH to clearly demonstrate to the government and their customers how FF addresses that health risk. Once approved, I hope the government is right behind them, helping them promote it and helping them to get it into the healthcare system.

We don't have another health claim in the EU or China for Gut Health. The 'early commercialisation' makes me think it is USA that will be the target. That makes me think it will be a new brand produced by Hologram Sciences.

Me too. I'm now thinking we should be in a much better place in 3 to 4 years time. If i've kicked the bucket by then, it's the only time I'll be a good investor.
