It would be good to get FF added to DSM's Culterelle Probiotics (world number 1 probiotic brand). I assume it will likely go into one of their products one day.

Also we have Hologram Sciences, which I expect to launch a brand using FF some time. I feel certain they will, but when I have no idea.

I didn’t expect any updates. However, I certainly expect some in the next 6 months.

Sept/Dec should have some updates on FF as a drug and FF+ nitrates.

The doc says that it is a framework agreement. Then they will agree contracts under the standard framework. The agreement is with DSM China. DSM (China) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DSM Group in China. It provides management services to more than 30 DSM Group companies in China.

DSM were one of the funders of that research paper that was recently published. I forget what it was called.
It was funded by BH, DSM, Chinese Nutrition Society, and Scientific Research Foundation of Chinese Nutrition Society.

That sort of ...kinda...suggests that they are still involved.

So what we do know is that:

DSM and BH previously signed an agreement to deepen research on FF and take it to market, that would be the first of a series of products they would work on under the collaboration agreement.

Then we had PXS sign a MOU and eventually a collaboration agreement to work with BH and developing the science behind FF. Now PXS have a new contract with BH to start in January 23.

The manufacturing of FF is done by a 3rd party that has been put in place by DSM and at the end of the DSM/PXS contact, PXS gain direct access to that 3rd party and can order FF direct from them.

To me, It seems unlikely that DSM have been totally cut out of the deal in China.

Perhaps DSM and BH have an agreement to develop the new product together, then BH will sell it in China and DSM will use it's global network to market and sell/distribute the product elsewhere around the globe?

That would make more sense that DSM collaborating with BH for several years, then being cut out of the deal.

Do you have any clues on the relationship between DSM and By-Health. Is there an ongoing relationship? DSM were previously working with BH to take a number of products to market, FF being the first.

I think all we know is that PXS will sell FF direct to BH, but there may be a working relationship between DSM and BH in the background. That may affect if they can sell/distribute prior to the BH contract being in place with PXS.

When China SAMR approval is in place and large orders are in the bag.

The funding is also v.interesting.

Sphinx, whilst the information is coming from BH, it is just an article and not a formal business report to shareholders. We all hope it is true and I suspect is likely is. It’s all very positive!

Yes long term holders are all too aware of those type of comments. At the end of the day it is revenue increases we are looking for, wherever it comes from. All sounds positive though.

If they release a trading update, it will not change anything and cost money. We will get an update at the end of September and at the end of December. They have a tight budget and are cost saving. DSM contract and Blue Hat are major events and will warrant their own RNS.

For unknown reason some people can’t seem to understand the enormity of a tablet with no side effects that can possibly prevent the worlds biggest killing disease. That is what BH appear to be claiming. We hope it will be recommended globally as a primary prevention for CD.

That may be some way off, if it ever happens, but for now we are expecting a period of rapid growth of the product and PXS share price based on the forecast substantial multiples of current FF sales. That starts with SAMR approval in China, which is evidently coming soon given the press coverage and video release.

If the claim is that it prevents atherosclerosis, that’s a pretty big deal.

A large number of clinical trials abroad have found that the "water-soluble tomato concentrate" extracted from tomatoes has an effect on abnormal platelet aggregation, which also prevents atherosclerosis and cardiovascular diseases.

Maybe submitted now with strong evidence and high confidence of approval soon. Approval is more a formality when SAMR themselves have been involved throughout.

The timing of all this is inline with the submission in the first half of this year and prompt approval and inclusion in the health claims register.

Ah yeh, I recall that one.

So let's say £500 p/KG.
1KG / 150mg = 6666 doses.
£500 / 6666 doses = 7.5p per dose is what businesses would pay under the current DSM agreement.

Then, I think a fair guesstimate would be 2.5p costs, 2.5p DSM and 2.5p PXS in the absence of any other information.

The more we produce, the more the costs per dose come down.
