I do. BH is very likely to get Blue Hat in 2022, then the company will move in to profitability on the back of the initial orders. BH will eventually launch a number of products, we think there are 3 already lined up. BH will no doubt be quite successful as a distributor of FF also.

So for 2022, we are hoping for some really positive news.

I can only assume that team DSM have been using FF+ Nitrates. Otherwise if there is no publicity and no product to buy, what is the point?

We are all waiting for jam, but we know the Jam will only start to arrive when BH get SAMR approval, or when BH make large orders, or BH themselves get big players onboard via distribution agreement, or when DSM get a big player onboard, or another major company is engaged by PXS, or positive Covid/FF studies come to light, or the FF+ Omega3 / Nitrates potential suppliers are good ones.

I was in H&B store a few days ago. There was no sign of FF+, but I did notice how expensive supplements were. Most seemed to be £15 - £25. I actually think Fruitflow is priced about right.

The price of FF production will come down when BH are onboard and volume increases significantly.

I assume PXS will start to purchase FF direct from the 3rd party producer in 2023, increasing the profit margin a little for FF+O3 and FF+Nitrates.

I thin that would be bad practice, as it would hand too much control to BH, making it difficult for to separate at the end of the agreement/contract term. Much better if PXS maintain production control and use a third party to produce it. Also they will benefit from economies of scale. Stephen Moon once said that with increased production, the margin goes from good to very high.

Fruitflow is currently produced by outsourced third party manufacturers in Europe, and it is intended that the Company will have direct access to these manufacturers for its sales of Fruitflow to third parties. The Company and the third party manufacturers are actively engaged in some ongoing production capacity planning, looking at the steps required to scale-up the production of Fruitflow to meet the anticipated increase in demand.

It will be more than 3p for sure. Look at SIS with its circa £1m profit. That is worth circa £95m at present and was worth more. That is around 5 times PXS market cap.

I am hoping that once BH get started with their own BH products and distribution, it will bring in some proper money. I think it will certainly make big news!! We’ve seen how wide spread the notice of the PXS collaboration went.

The next couple of years will be interesting. Who knows, one day I may even get my money back :)

Sock, I don’t think anyone knows, but I could see that FF could be promoted as part of precise nutrition examples in their training to nutrition companies. Any close links to the government can only be a good thing.
