1p gives the company a market cap of about £22m. We are expecting that the company, in the short to medium term, will be making £5m to £10m, likely giving a market cap of £100m to £200m. If BH really do have a large number of multi-national companies ready to commercialise FF, it could be much.. much more. Then we have the hanging fruit that is that FF could become the recommended product for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease. It is what all the studies are pointing towards.

Shove the shares in your draw and forget about them for another 5 years.

As the saying goes, "the best investors are dead". Those that can hang on long enough capture growth.

The price now is largely irrelevant unless you have to sell or aim to buy more shares. The price will increase when they start making money.

DSM Deal ends if Dec 2022 and new deal starts for Gut Health. Can only assume that Hologram Sciences will be releasing a Gut Health product and that is the 'early commercialisation' they refer to. We will get increased revenue from existing DSM customers from Jan 2023 and new 'pipeline' customers are continuing to come out. Some big ones to come hopefully, as they refer to 'significant multiples' of current income.

BH Deal starts in Jan 2023. News of Blue Hat expected before that (we think). It is expected to be significant in itself. However, we have also read that they have a large number of multinational food and beverage companies that have shown a strong interest in FF or agreed to help with the commercialisation of FF.

After DMS contract ends, we will get more distributors onboard.

Then we are also developing FF as a drug. Will be good to see what progress we have there.

Checked the times and it did line up with the introduction of the new dietary supplement regulation. Must be why it was canned.

The Qin Drink by Werdery was launched a good while back in China. Following a successful launch it just disappeared. At the time they had submitted planning permission of a new factory to produce the drinks at massive volume. I think that likely got affected by the new regulation in China for dietary supplements.

I think there is a chance that this may re-appear when BH has regulatory clearance in place. Hope so, as the projected volumes were rather exciting.

As Gix says, it has been and remains the responsibility of DSM to market FF. They mainly focus on selling the science to other businesses and providing them with the information to market their own products. There are maybe 150 products out there? and a large prospective pipeline of other businesses potentially launching products. So it has worked, but perhaps not at the pace we hoped for.

In 2023 PXS will control FF and should be in profit and have money to spend. Will they focus on end customers or businesses? Hopefully a bit of both.

The substantial multiples definitely seems to apply to DSM pipeline.

"DSM's existing and prospective pipeline customers for Fruitflow as a straight ingredient (not a Premix or Market-Ready solution) will transfer to become direct customers of Provexis WEF 1 January 2023. Whereas for BH it says:

"If By-Health is successful in obtaining a new permitted health function claim for functional health foods such as Fruitflow that can demonstrate an anti-platelet effect, it is currently expected that this would result in some significant orders for Fruitflow, potentially at a multiple of current total sales values."

So the forecast is "substantial multiple of existing annual sales" (DSM) + "potentially at a multiple of current total sales values" (BH).

On top of this we then have the new gut microbiome, FF + Nitrates, FF +Omega3 in China and By-Health distribution (now indicated that it may include many multi-national companies).

It is funny to see the differences in marketing here in the UK compared to elsewhere in the world. In our marketing we would have grey haired man/women making a heart shape with their hands. In other countries they'd have a grey haired guy dying of heart attack in the burning sun.

They do use the 'substantial multiples' when referring to the DSM contract. I think that is separate from the BH, as it is in a different section of the RNS'. However, there is no real way of knowing. I am choosing to read it as two separate things.

Trying to untangle to smoke and mirrors.

So in the year 20/21 the company took in £505k revenue, £358k of which was from DSM. Then lets use the £358 figure and assume that PXS only receive half of the total income. That gives us £358 * 2 = £716k in total FF sales.

DSM’ prospective sales pipeline value stands at ‘substantial multiples’ of existing annual sales. So if we assume that ‘substantial multiples’ means above 5-fold. Then let’s assume 5.
That gives us £716k * 5 = £3.58m

Then we have BH that will be ordering ‘multiple’ of current FF volumes/sales. Lets assume ‘multiple’ means 3-fold. £716k * 3 = £2.15m

So the total forecast, being conservative, is £3.58m + £2.15m = £5.73m.

Then that is BH initial orders. On top of that, BH have more product launches and the distribution side and we are informally informed that “many multinational food and beverage companies have expressed their intention to cooperate, which may provide new choices for the general public.”.

So looking at it like this, we can see that the company should now move from loss-making to making over £5m income and beyond in the next few years.

They will be paying DSM a fee for several years. So will lose a chunk of that.

I think that will give us a market cap of circa £100m, 5 times what it is now.

I know nobody knows, but how far out does everyone think I am?

You forgot Life-Space for probiotic / gut health. That may become a key area going forwards.

What health claim(s) are people expecting to be approved?

We know BH are working on an extensive submission to get something like "Fruitflow that can demonstrate an anti-platelet effect, inhibiting platelet function and conferring beneficial effects for people who are at risk of platelet hyperactivity-associated thrombosis" added to the Health Claims Register.

However, we also know they have been carrying out a wide range of studies, like the Aspirin one, or the Red Rice one, and a blood pressure one.

Are we expecting that it is BlueHat approved with multiple health claims. I assume so.
