RE: DSM Press Release23 Jan 2023 10:30
IMO there will be no bidding war. All 3 companies have been working together for quite a while.
I don't want a buyout, I want FF and PXS to do very well and build a company with at least £50m profit per year. If our understanding is correct, we will be making our way there.
We have DSM that are we assume will have their own gut health products, whilst selling to other players in the gut health market. That could be major. PXS are selling the ingredient to them outside previous agreements and should make good profit.
We have an existing DSM prospective pipeline of sales that currently stand at substantial multiples of existing annual sales. So that that was previously to DSM, not the PXS share. Given the RNS structure, I feel this statement does not include BH.
We have By-Health that are launching a sport related product or two. They have the Team China relationship, so I expect it will do very well. Then they will launch their main platelet aggregation based product that will create a lot of attention in the industry given the health claim approval. Then we know there will be more. On top of that, we understand from press articles in China that BH have received strong interest from a large number of multinational food and beverage organisations for the commercialisation of FF. One article said 'strong interest' where another article said a large number have 'agreed to help with the commercialisation of FF'
Then we should get additional sales / income from FF+ Omega and eventually FF+ Nitrates.
Then there are additional sales opportunities now we are outside the DSM agreement. Will be interesting to see how that goes.
I certainly expect the next 5 years to be stellar growth, but as we always say, WTFDIK.
