Just a reminder that any hold ups in payment to MATD for the stored oil is equally a hold up in the PSC payments to the MG. So if PC were ( as the negs claim ) trying to screw MATD then they would also be screwing the Mongolian government, which regulates their activities in Mongolia. That would not be a wise thing to do....

Was actually thinking the same, sales agreement or buy out by PC of Block XX, hasn't just got to be agreed between PC & PM, but also the MG. It's also in the interests of the MG to make sure this is a good deal for them, no surprise it's taking longer than we originally wished, but IMO Block XX will be sold to PC

That's the only reason these NEGS are here. They are praying for a placing as its the only way these scumbags think they can make money by spreading BS and lies. Saddos. ADW is Professional and Doc after previously replying to a post I made many many months ago basically saying don't class me with the NEGS, now showimg his true colours. All filtered, best thing I ever did.

It's happening genuine PM investors

Wigster, I don't bother posting much now, compared to what I used to. This LSE BB is toxic and was started by an absolute a*resole called Professional prior to the previous placing. He then vanished and no doubt is probably now under a new ID. The current flood of negative posters has been going on since last September and has got worse. This has resulted in people like TBT getting p*ssed off with the stocktaking going on here. He is not the cause, the cause being the scumbags who have appeared since September

I think Soco sold for 90 odd million, but PC waited until the wells were running first before putting in an offer and then paid a upfront payment and paid the balance on exploitation numbers. You would expect a takeover SP well into double figures IMO.

Exactly my thoughts both. It all makes sense. Sell off Block XX to PC who can bring more wells online quicker than PM can. The money PM receive can then be used for new exploration and also renewables. It's a win, win situation for all. Also personally for Buck, he is an explorer so would suit him. IMO I tend to agree with WOS ref his SP prediction.

It's approximately 17 working days until the AGM with Q & A. IMO there is no way Buck will do a Q & A without a previous RNS. So not long to wait. As soon as the funding is reported the NEGS will disappear, they are only here hoping to get into a cheap placing knowing full well that PM is going to be huge. ATB genuine investors
