Stefan Bernstein explains how the EU/Greenland critical raw materials partnership benefits GreenRoc. Watch the full video here.
IMO absolutely no chance of a takeover. I believe once the DQE deal is signed and completed we will get an RNS to state that PM and MG have signed an agreement to work closer together. I do believe that DQE/PC will want all this oil for China and will believe they can try an buy out of Block XX, but more than anything now V1 is a duster, the MG knows it has to have Heron oil for the oil refinery hence why i think the IOM was to safeguard Mongolia's interest and therefore PSC's were changed. Just my thoughts though.
Hamm, he is a paid deramper - no-one in the right mind who is not invested would continually post negative on a share BB. Every positive post is counteracted by BP to a negative. He posts early hours of the day and late at night and weekends. Would you do that if you was not getting anything out of it. Sorry no chance - he is a paid deramper
As Doc said, I just cannot see the MG allowing PC to takeover Block XX. Yes logistically it makes sense, but look at the hassle they have had with PC and the locals. I don't think they would dare allow it and I would not be surprised that, that is the reason that the PSC's were changed in the IOM. Also I wouldn't be surprised that PM agreed to the change because the MG will invest in a % of the PSc with PM.
Did I read correctly a while again that the MG tried to change the PSC for PC for blocks 19 & 21 but PC flatly refused.
Ignore this person. Not invested, only here to wind people up. Doesn't post on any other board. Work it out for yourself. Why post on here for all the reasons just given. These reasons are confirmed by the person themselves. BP the paid deramper
BP you have no credibility on this board whatsoever. Bring nothing to this board whatsoever, good debate most of the times but you are a narcissist waste of space - paid deramper
WOS amazing hey BP when someone questions his comments re placing, he says he has his opinions and in other words you do not question.
What happens when you post your opinions - he is soon on your back.
Bloke is an absolute hypocrite
People forget this - it's not only Heron
Block XX
Successfully well tested Heron-1 and formally declared it a discovery.
Gazelle-1 suspended with good oil shows for potential future well testing
Red Deer-1 P&A’d with oil shows. First well in the Asgat Basin in southern Block XX and proved presence of an active petroleum system
Thornogson, there's been some really good posters on here who no longer post, 2010PM, Proselenes, D1nger and a few others. Proselenes posts were really informative. Shame they are no longer here to hopefully IMO see PM change from an Explorer to Producer
Also ref Notpleb's link, the cabinet are discussing 60 issues, sounds to me like they are trying to clear the decks of all outstanding issues pre Nadaam - hope we are one of them issues - don't think there has been anywhere near 60 issues to be discussed at Cabinet before. As said here's hoping
Master you would think it should relate to United Kingdom, as thats what it translates to on FB and makes sense with what's happening, but if you use Google translate it states as Uzbekistan. I do believe with the comments coming out from the populist MP the other day querying the land law and Kuhrelbataar, the Deputy PM responding back and basically debunking the populist MP, i personally think this is all going to be sorted pre Nadaam and as Bowley mentioned last night also in time for it to be announced and included in the Mongolian Economic Forum starting this weekend on the 9th to 11th July. Would be a very good pro investment statement to make.
Then again what do i know. Wishful thinking, but here's hoping, we have waited long enough !!!
Am curious and it's not a pun, but Doc - CandC what is it you dislike about WOS's posts and in what way does it affect you or if you disagree with him why don't you filter him, as whatever he posts it winds you both up. Filter him then there would be no bickering on here .
I don't believe the cabinet are, I am pretty sure they still meet up. The whole of the government, parliament and cabinet cannot close for 3 months, no way. If you refer back to Masters post earlier ref one of the MP's comments on FB. He was saying that the new land law would basically be voted through the back door whilst everyone was celebrating Nadaam so that tells me government isn't closed
New procedures are being put into place so when they award the new licenses there will be no issues that we have seen with PM. We have said on here all along PM has been a guinea pig in all this, which has been as frustrating as hell but fair play to the MG they are ensuring that for the future there will be no issues like they have had previously.
So hypothetically if we do hit oil in V1 there will be no issues with exploitation licenses and special land permits
Because over the last 2 years, the country has been fighting corruption, who says there has been no haste, the Cenrral Government has tried to leave the decision to the locals, but due to the corruption this hasn't been getting anywhere. They have since then introduced new laws that will stop the local corruption and taken the procedures into the Central Governments hands to decide. This only started happening at the start of the year. They are also now putting into place procedures that will follow through into other exploration/exploitations licenses they grant. Please remember how long it took for the Exploitation license. This is now a written/agreed procedure that can be used in future. So when you say no haste, cancd there have been reasons for it.
Since those April 2022 posts, new legislation has been bought in regards corruption in relation to anyone trying to stop the rule of law with non legal reasons will now face imprisonment. In April 2022 there was corruption from local MP's, the governor and the activist stopping PM, why do you think this has now stopped and also gone to Central Government to sort. Matad is never mentioned by the activists now. I think the last time was in October when the locals had their vote. Nothing since so i would forget about that angle and concentrate on what is happening NOW in Central Government.
