Agree Manro, all the way to 6 drills - if this hits big oil in the next 2 drills then will be life changing so would react accordingly then, but would still keep some of my holdings left in for the long term

Recent Placing could serve double purpose here:

(1) To call the Farminee bluff...

(2) Extract better price for Farm Out.

I think was always the case and nothing to do with not being confident with the forthcoming drills on SL and WH. Yarn spun on here by certain posters who all of a sudden have change their tune.

Oilbell, my thoughts also - i think there is more to come out of this meeting - who knows !!! but would not be surprised if there is a RNS the morning of the meeting and for him then to answer questions ref this and the spud and how JV will work moving forward, but hey that's my hopes and thoughts anyway - we will see GLA

No it's you who are quite depressing SCH123 - Fundy the same - cannot get over the fact that you haven't made a killing on run up to spud. MB has put PM in a much stronger position for the next 12 months and increased the cost to a farminee because you and Fundy know that this WILL happen and then god knows what SP we will have. Signs of oil shows and a new farminee in the next few weeks and everybody will be happy - hopefully you and Fundy as well, but wouldn't be surprised if you try and put a damper on that as well. Patience is the key here and you both know it, but lacking in it !!!

SCH123 - we all know you're p*ssed off with the placing, they have not shafted anybody, they are looking at long term, you are looking at short term and what's p*ssed you off is now you're missing out on a quick buck before the first drdrill and when you post, please post complete facts and not halves. Yes PM said they were fully funded after the first placing, but this was fully funded for 4 drills up to the end of this year. They have now stated after their latest placing they are now fully funded FOR 6 drills and to cover all relevant costs for 12 months. The fundamentals of this company have not changed. This BOD are doing an excellent job, and thinking of the long term for this business not SCH123's or any other traders pockets first

Spot on 2010PM, Company see's the big picture and what is available in front of them, we don't see all of it so how can they say company is run badly, it's the best it's been for years, some of the negativity on here at times is pathetic - then again not surprising it relates to the traders, all because they have a lost a potential pot of money leading up to spud, and keep on saying they said we were fully funded - for christ sake yes they did say that but ON 4 WELLS - now we are fully funded ON 6 WELLS - seem to miss that bit out - and emailing a letter to the BOD complaining well i'm sure the BOD are going to be worried about that. Seedofgod - ask TW about the fraudulent activities of Schaer in America TW was telling everybody about - amazing he forgot to mention that in the US it went to court and the judge threw it out stating it should never even have got anywhere near a court - something surprisingly TW forgot to mention - why have all his reports ref Schaer to the FCA come to nothing - what a surprise - not saying Schaers a saint but am saying TW is a total w*nker

Dusty totally agree with you - people moaning on here are traders who just want to make their quick 10% - now they can't so am p*ssed about it - knocking PM to get SP down - LTH's can see the same potential that has not gone away and a stronger fully funded company with 6 paid for drills - amazing how all.of a sudden the traders are spouting about dusters when they never mentioned a word prior to the placing - wonder why !!

Fundy, even though you obviously want to get a lower price here as you are a trader as confirmed by yourself and the recent placing as a trader doesn't help you - i am a LTH, so in my eyes all good for me, but as per RNS's - April the combined total was £196m and the latest placing states they are still at £196m so you are correct on this.

Think you got it spot on jndavid490 - there are those who are peeved, because they can't trade to make a big profit before the oil asset is successful

Only time will tell Schach123 - nobody knows what goes on behind the scenes - an off the wall derisory offer could of been made - would this need to be RNS'd ? They have stated interested parties - is that enough to cover a derisory offer in a RNS ? As i said who knows - would be great news - lets wait and see

SM123 just a thought do you 100% know there has been no interest - nobody other than PM and potential farm in people would know this - RNS says there is still interest - there could be and if the potential farmins have been p*ssing about then this could be why MB could possibly be putting pressure on them - either make an offer on favourable terms to PM or we go it alone - of that we also do not know if thats the case but if it is then happy days
