Fundy, i was big enough to apologise last time saying there was nothing in the RNS about XX contract and you was correct. Perhaps you would like to do the same now - the comment was as follows in the RNS -
Formal award of the contract IS EXPECTED by the end of July, not WILL BE. Mate you are really full of your own self importance. You seem to think that because you have emailed the company that you expect them to email you back with price sensitive info. WHO DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU ARE - get a grip. Stop twisting info for your own agenda and trying to act the big i am on here - everybody now knows what you are about

Hi Mike, i was incorrect in stating the only thing mentioned was the 70 days in the RNS , but it was mentioned in the RNS ref the XX contract, i apologised for saying it wasn't mentioned, that is all. i will admit when i am wrong. As mentioned by you though there is no actual deadline for XX only thing stated was it is "EXPECTED" by end of July not "WILL BE". That's where Fund is wrong and he knows it isn't an actual deadline. That's why PM and Mike Buck never state actual dates as he knows it gets twisted and in his own words - LSE interview - he doesn't want to promise things that don't happen as in deadlines

The drilling programme scheduled for Block XX remains on track. Contract negotiations with the preferred bidder to supply and operate a rig are in the final stages. Formal award of the contract is expected by the end of July.

As mentioned earlier i said i don't think you have sold out - not yet - just selling of late has been confusing and frustrating to be honest as doesn't seem to make any sense.
Anyway hopefully the RNS we are all waiting for is here soon - SL and XX update

Yes Mike no excuse for that - there was no mention of deadlines only the 70 days drill for SL - ref XX nothing in RNS - not sure if MB mentioned it in interview with LSE about drill partner date - was really just saying i don't think he has sold - as, as a trader he seems very frustrated the way things are panning out and he is having to hold onto his funds longing than he wants to

Ojay i agree i don't think Fundy has sold - just think he cannot work out what's going on at the moment and his patience wears thin when doesn't go how he expects it

Ojay thats what i was thinking - is it forced/distressed selling by her - the recent RNS of her selling shares - no-one was aware then - why was she selling then ? Would make sense in a way if it was her if she needed to sell
