I don't think the reclaim facility has been destroyed but the clean equipment has been which is where most of the insurance money will be raised and the building will surely find another use as South Wales is the hub of Welsh industrial activity. Pure might even become a landlord as a temporary solution if they can't sell.

It will not be good for business relations to slow the insurance settlement and payout any longer than they have already- those creditors and suppliers and ex-staff will need their dues, now overdue. I think the lease mention, as a big item was mentioned to keep the SP buoyant as a lower than expected payout might tempt those in the know to sell out early so a negative thought there!

They hinted at some deal going down re the lease before a final payout can be decided, that shouldn't take long. Payout imminent I would say, then to see what the sp settles at.

I am glad they are still interested with the poltical situation and I am hoping the drug candidates will prove effective in Russia and then win over the US.
