Some may wish to take a capital gain rather than income but taking income now and then selling in the next tax year may utilise a loss position which could be worth doing. It is just drifting down on low volume though and slow dividend payout. I can't see why they need to delay it.

I think he has clarified after reading lse! The insurance settlement was for far more than the market cap before the fire. If it gets to 200p it will have more than almost tripled. I was thinking of selling but might be worth waiting for this 200p. It is not that easy to get your head around how a net cash position could rise to $85.2 from $1.5 between two sets of accounts in a business that does not retain much cash.
I suppose it lies in the replacement cost of high tech equipment and three years capitalised earnings from Swansea which I believe were the settlement terms for insurance purposes.
