The German Shell facility is probably to save on the electricity bill at the refinery. The project with one of the country's gas providers is more significant http://www.itm-power.com/project/thuga-power-to-gas however ITM are an ideal target for shell if they can stay ahead with the technology. All guesses but just my current ones.

Good move to be out of the market, well done. I have a short on Tesla as a hedge against a crash ! Not working out too well. I expect a Brexit deal will see the market recover-fingers crossed- a re-entry before the commons vote might be a good gamble?! Not recommending it for you though and would be a bit silly for me too.
