Capita (CPI) did very well after a RI but this by CWD is a massive placing with a small open offer.

going from 237m shares to 1637m shares post placing!

what are the details of the open offer?

current mcap £119m add the 129m being raised = 248 divide by 1638m shares = 15p post placing. but remember its a small open offer.

"If a Qualifying Shareholder who is not a Placee takes up his Open Offer Entitlement in full, such Qualifying Shareholder's holding, as a percentage of the Enlarged Share Capital, will be diluted by 67.9 per cent. as a result of the Firm Placing."

bad deal for the little PI. not way of avoiding getting diluted.. glad i sold now at 45p on the bounce. but at a loss. i paid 80p for some shares just 2 months ago on 22-June then topped up on the way down.

i got $60 brent as potential target too ;-) think it was there early November last year just after the OPEC meeting..

DEBs was the star performer in my small porfolio today. #1 riser on the LSE with a small 6% gain.

actually if you read the RNS its an increase of 0.42% or 1 million shares i think.

closed at 18.74, way above the trade prices today.
