looks like its about to pull back just before the oil market closes. WTI can't break & hold $69.

no profit possible trading PMO today. SP closed only 1p up off the lows. down nearly 5p! and below the 50 DMA.. just what the doctor ordered! now i just need Olivia to play ball and pull back down from this silly late day rise. I hate those yanks, always trying to scupper my plans. brent now up $1.50 off today's low. but WTI is hitting resistance at $69 it really needs to break that if its to head higher. oil close price will be interesting. still time for it to pull back big time!

oil price - getting conflicting signals today. i thought it was heading lower after support was broken. now it looks to be heading higher but likely meet resistance and be overbought soon (i'm think WTI $69.00). PMO SP closed below the 50DMA not good if you're a holder.

taking into account the money raised (less fees) i calculated SP should trade at 15p post re-financing. maybe the placees have been shorting these shares for months knowing today's news was coming.

so anyone buying today isn't entitled to buy shares in the open offer?

knowles83 i think the open offer will be something like 2 for 1 at 10p. post placing/open-offer there will be 1638m shares in issue by my calcs. right now there are only 238m shares. do the maths. its not very pretty is it? maybe the open offer will be higher at 3 for 1 at 10p. i'm not sure what % of shareholders are placees who will be getting placed shares at 10p. i'm thinking its about 50% but it could be less nearer to 30%.

whats the point in buying unless you're a placee? if a PI buys now they are going to get dilued. unless buy can buy for 10p or less..

II placees could buy these now at 22p and get the 10p placing shares then flip them for a profit.. if the open offer is something like 1 for 1 at 10p i think these are still too expensive at 22p. these may become a good buy for the placees but not for the PI.

is it still in auction? i don't see any trades except a UT trade at 10p!!
