If we all do the same and discover ITX stuff is the best thing since sliced bread, we should LINKEDIN MESSAGE Unilever/Dupont/Croda/Henkel/BASF/DSM CEOs and god knows who else, to tell them to get their fingers out and put some major (profitable) growth and deals onto Itaconix.

I have to say, that sounds positive. Continued progress??? Growth? Significant Growth? Profitable Growth? Significant Profitable Growth?

I used to run a business and when I joined, one of the first things I did was to lookat each customer, how much factory capacity they consumed versus how profitable they were and could be.

Revenue growth with no or little profit in the world of factories is a disaster. I think ITX management coupled to their moated and significant IP - NON Oil based - understand this. That’s why I’m still here, though a tad weary!

I hope you are right Elsol, and that we are massively undervalued. The management MUST give some clarity and optimism on Breakeven and beyond.

Elsol, no offence, but I struggle to see the relevance of your post to Itaconix achieving breakeven this year and finally delivering on the stellar PROFITABLE growth, which we all desperately long for.

It is okay to be, by the way, critical of ITX management for highly tardy profit delivery. But to never have a critical word on the massively disappointing share price at the moment must be based on something you know, which I don’t.

Everyone has been waiting a LONG time. If you have an inside track to the CEO, please tell him he has 2 years.

That sounds like a non Chinese producer of Itaconic Acid. But I could be wrong!

Well done NM, I‘m right behind you and I hope a wise decision, but we are MUCH further along the upwards curve, compared to my last purchase a long while back.

Yep, I’ve been here a longggg time and it strikes me - if this is correct - that the same performance with better environmental benefits at a similar price BUT half the package size is a massive USP for a switched on marketing department at one of the BIG Chemical Co.s (BASF, UNILEVER, DSM, et al). It’s an open goal for one of those big companies to seize the opportunity. So, Come on BIGCHEM and ITACONIX, give us an RNS like FTC with SPACEX.

And whatever happened to superabsorbents…

Happy New Year A‘body. Smart I recall a long time back JS saying current plant capacity maxed out at ca. $15M revenue.

I also recall JS saying for modest capital outlay 0.5m USD or thereabouts bolt on additional plant capacity would not be difficult.

Hi Elsol, your unfailing optimism is a bright light amid what Montacute correctly describes as a massive lost opportunity cost. We all had hoped for long before now, to have been well beyond break even and reaped the rewards accordingly, and then invested elsewhere. I’m still here - on the sidelines - and hoping we‘ll get some positive RNS action to spur along my static but not insignificant investment here.

I‘m still here Smart. Waiting quietly - hopefully not in vain! - for what we hope will arrive very soon. It has been a significant lost opportunity cost, when I look at what has been happening elsewhere, on precious metals for example. I remember back in the early days posting on the slow development of the revenue curve, which showed huge potential climbing towards $100M. Back then I also tipped break even to be around $9.5M - that’s now higher, but we are not far away. All very frustrating nevertheless. The CEO is very close to delivering a maiden profit, and that has to be in 2026. I’ll be going through the next annual report with a fine tooth comb. Cheers DB.

It’s hard to believe we are now back to 2p in old money. It’s been a journey which once filled me with much optimism. Sadly the opportunity cost has been too high, so I’ll be winding down. Good luck all.

That’s all fair enough Elsol, it’s just that everyone is passing comment on a very turbulent situation except ITX management who should be handling the tiller studiously - and affirming as such to investors. Radio silence given the criticality of raw material supply - from China - is not a communication strategy in the current climate. Come on JS, help out the LTH’s here.

But t also might not work out amicably Elsol, which is why the company should advise on contingency.

I’m reminded of that immortal James Stewart line from “It’s a Wonderful Life”:

“Potter isn’t selling, Potter’s buying!”

They need to crack fully their home market USA first and get some profit (finally) under the table, before they start thinking about diverting management time elsewhere - unless a major European FMCG strategic investor steps up to the plate.

That’s the size of it AJP. This is a civil informed thread. Long may it stay that way. Great work on the shipments - let’s hope they continue to increase. On the CapEx, I’d like to know what $Rev can be supported. The old number was $15M. Hopefully we are now onto double that medium term.
