Antha, it is not ‘absolutely crucial’ that the first step is to determine if the funds exist. It is indeed a high priority but it is not crucial to being able to finally shut down the long running Cloudtag soap opera. The ‘absolutely critical’ then only suggests an interest in receiving money. Others have an interest in seeing Amit pay, albeit not necessarily with money.

First, & I’m guessing we likely obtain court orders covering ‘Amit’s HQ’ [US counsel laughed when we bemoaned that the ‘office’ was in Caymans]

Counsel briefly mentioned a probability of small hiccup and that was to do with the region of occurrence (one area might be problematic but not insurmountable) I got the impression that with it being States orientated, it was a lot easier.

One approach to achieving this is via the company’s Articles of Association. And that then leads to an EGM. Counsel said that this was doable. Putting this rather bluntly, this approach then only requires Amitscigar’s vote plus a few others. And the ball is then taken out of Amit’s court. I believe that IF the funds exist and a significant % of shareholders were in agreement, then the relevant legal beagles could then push this through. And for this the suggestion was that a 5% fee might be incurred.

That then means instead of getting 27.95 cents/share, it would be 26.55 cents per share. Significantly more than what some peeps were recently offering to sell their shares at.

Spikeyj could perhaps borrow a calculator and see that if 5% equates to almost $14M, then 100% would very closely equate to $275.9M, ie the current total funds of the investments.

Tim has done really well : he awaited polite response from Amit which was then not forthcoming. So he now awaits a response from a top-dog based NY 5th Avenue who appears to be very keen.

I am similar to ABH in that neither of us is polite or limit our playing to any rule book. Is that i do though occasionally then cc some of my correspondence & their results to Tim so that i may then get a reputable 3rd party oversight &/or input on my ‘aggressive’ but successful approaches to ABH & the UK regulators. That imo then keeps the Ctag shareholders in the loop, which frankly after the behaviour seen on here, is the limits of my duty of care to fellow Pi’s.

I trust Tim to do what is right for the cloudtag investors and i will try & assist where & if i can.

Currently though & there is only myself that has a 6 figure cash offer plus a % gain of any outcome, on the table to the lawyers. I pay handsomely to play aggressively, be that alone or with similar like minded Pi’s.
