There is though no consideration given in your risk analysis to the prospect of the Onitor being utilised as a health aid with ongoing testing (inc. Heather Morning & the German hospitals) such that it might then form an aid in patient monitoring. Bypassing the need for high street avenues.

Your 16:13 might read better if ‘the lies are blindingly obvious’ was then tied to a more recent conclusion with respect to ABH’s catalogue of numerous consistently posted false statements. The first false statements seen during the Onitor phase i put down to an entrepreneur ‘bigging it up via smoke & mirrors’ which imv was part & parcel of his cheap sell (eg.the count-down clock) but did think that he could perhaps recapture some of his previous success as seen with Shlomo. It was only in hindsight that the numerous false statements then started to slowly materialise & show ABH as being fairly regularly reckless with the truth.

I think what we are seeing now is slightly different in both the compliance process (lack of IMO) & tied to the consistent pattern of ‘ABH / agent’ delays. There is now a more defined version of ‘blindingly obvious’ false statements. And it can be seen by the reduced number of faithful believers that Amit is not quite succeeding with these notices,

As per Amit’s amusing quotes of ‘this is a clear action of defamation’ where there is no respectability to start with that could then be insulted which is remarkably similar to yourself with your amusing suggestion that there is then an implied respectability that could be insulted via insolence.

Two significant points that she then fails to consider:

1. That the Onitor existed & therefore could not qualify as a fraud or could any of the side-arguments including that ABH had quoted acquiring a runway in Malaysia which was similarly also exceedingly difficult to prove as a fraud.

2. That the authorities then took 8 weeks.

The lack of any capacity to analyse further or the outright refusal to even consider further analysis is then suggestive of a somewhat trapped mind. As per latest where she now suggests that investigations are likely the cause of Amit being delayed which again backs up an argument of her limited capacity. The quality of her arguments which now sees Ms.BS.I Am arising almost daily and then being mostly ignored. There is then the consideration that she is incapable of being honest.

10th June 2024. “The initial tranche of notifications will be sent by the paying agent to shareholders holding paper certificates issued by the Company by Friday 14th June 2024. After these shareholders have received their notifications, all brokers will be contacted.”

14th June 2024. “we have been informed by the Paying Agent that the initial tranche of notifications should commence on time later today and will continue into the early part of the following week.”

21st June 2024. “we have been guaranteed by the Paying Agent that the initial tranche of notifications will commence this afternoon US time and will continue in to next week.”

A staggering total of 19 company Notices issued just in the last 8 months occurred since 2nd November 2023 and all with false statements directly pertaining to distribution of payments commencing. The 20th such false statement to be verified on Monday 8th July..

2nd November 2023. “The appointed agent will commence the distribution process during the week commencing 13th November”

21st November 2023. “the Company is pleased to confirm that the appointed agent for the distribution began its proceedings on time, during the week commencing 13 November… Shareholders will be contacted by the agent to provide specific information in a timely fashion to enable payment..there is a support desk on the agent portal for questions”

13th December 2023. “The Company would also like to reiterate to shareholders that contact from agents/investment platforms shall commence week starting 18th December in accordance with the 4/5 weeks’ timeframe stated in previous updates”

21st December 2023 “The Company assures shareholders that whilst the agent has requested more time to complete its work, all preparation for the distribution process is well underway.”

30th January 2024 “The paying agent pricessing the payment transactions are experiencing difficulties reconciling the number of shares in issue due to a miscalculation from a UK broker” & no UK broker could verify that they had been contacted.

4th March 2024. “The company is therefore in a position to distribute licensing funds and has instructed the paying agent to commence the process snd conclude the process accordingly during the next 7 working days”

8th March 2024 “the company would like to inform shareholders that the paying agent process has commenced and would like to reiterate that the the process shall conclude within the original time frame stated” & nothing occurred.

12th March 2024. “we are pleased to confirm that at the time of this update, electronic notifications have commenced where shareholders shall be contacted by the paying agent and various broker platforms. 

Due to the intricacies involved with this transaction we are anticipating that all shareholders will have been contacted by the end of this week wherever possible.”

14th March 2024. “Further to all recent updates, we reconfirm that various UK brokers have already received notifications from our paying agents”

[ Hargreaves Lansdown letter of 19th March 2024 then states “we have not received any updates that we can provide to you from cloudtag” ]

A clear paper trail now leading to potential ramifications.

The possibility of a time frame was included in yesterday’s summary directed at the SFO :

As per Judge Wade’s preliminary assessment, there is then a suggestion of further impropriety from Amit Ben-Haim where it arises that he possibly deliberately delayed proceedings to try enable the requisite ‘time period’ to then expire. And this was for a paltry £9,225 that he then owed. The email from Amit Ben-Haim had falsely stated that the ‘payment had been processed and will be with you shortly’ and it now appears that 7 years later, an almost exact copy of similar email then gets sent to Cloudtag’s shareholders at least once a month since November 2023..”

Nova., join the queue bro that have now filed concerns on Cloudtag and Amit Ben-Haim. The more the merrier though and is then the more that the regulators seem to sit up.

It is fairly specific though that ‘the forwarding of the below email or similar to persons out with of Cloudtag’ which is what then finally gets Amit to react to the shareholders. Job well done, i say as it then proves that there is a reckoning to be paid for being consistently reckless with the truth & ABH is struggling with that.

It could perhaps be the reference on X to send emails to the wives or possibly it could be my email sent yesterday to Amit and cc’d to the SFO that suggested that enquiries to the hedge fund managers who are claimants for alleged fraudulent practices against Impulse Dynamics & resulting in $130M being requested to be returned to the hedge funds. Which might then raise a light on the recent heavily redacted Impulse Dynamics financial accounts report and try find out if there is any truth to the rumour that cloudtag funds then bailed out Impulse Dynamics. It was also raised to Amit & the SFO that Shlomo Ben-Haim might not have the same recklessness to his reputation as what Amit currently displays. Now we have the day after :

“We note the below. I [in] order to respond fully we expect to have the names of the

shareholders. Sending the below e mail, and others in the same vein to persons who are not involved in Cloudtag is a clear action of

defamation and as such libellous.”

Defamation then requires the complainant to prove the existence of an honourable reputation. Amit will be laughed out of court on that score.

2 weeks ago it was a request for agent details to be posted which then resulted 4 days later in the notice stating ‘we will publish agent details’. Legal counsel then likely suggested that Amit might open a can of worms of his own making.

Yesterday’s main point was that there has been no compliance or due diligence carried out with respect to the distribution process. It was then asked that a 3rd party (UK broker or any reputable shareholder/s) could then actually verify the existence of agent &/or that distribution was actually underway albeit i pointed out that after having had multiple falsehoods posted by the company, that i would not be holding my breath in anticipation. Guessing though that Amit will put together some further fiction by Friday, again say c.4 days.

As stated to Amit et al, i have no qualms chasing this.

Think of it as perhaps an ‘Al Capone’ where he could not be found guilty of the sins & the tax was then the issue and for us, proving the sins are also likely moot but then look at the misconduct in the arbitrage.

A bit of both perhaps but I also like to think of it as a quantum glitch : During normal operating hours these grey cells operate akin to the Commodore 64 (v. slow & v. painful) and then having eventually accumulated sufficient data, i call it a day, but retirement often sees just 2 hours sleep, then waking up c.4am and kaboom. Antha, the $50 sounds fairly probable but the $225M raises several questions : why has no healthcare company admitted spending quarter of a billion $’s and why on earth would Amit delay receiving payment. It then puts a doubt on the DaaP deal, which imv can then only be explained as being tied to Hobart Healthcare Investment Fund owned by Shlomo.

Not quite your ‘incestous’ but likely that blood is thicker than water. And for which Smit takes the hit ; small fines from regulators plus loss of reputation (which was already worthless). Shlomo then offering 12% to 18% for using the Cloudtag funds for 12 months… imo.

If i did not believe then i would not of been recently able to get the SFO involved. So the latter then overrides the former. And is then an equation of pragmatism, irrespective of what one believes.

Then raises the question of who would spend $225M on the unknown DaaP and be foolish enough to “delay their payments at the seller’s request”.

The then puts one looking very closely at family ties.

Is that a genuine question that will niw be followed by a genuine suggestion to then benefit shareholders or will you once again see nothing but negativity in every outlook, hence benefiting no one but your own limited ego ? genuine question ..
