I’m starting to believe they have no idea about how to get this product to market??? Let’s just answer a simple question why are we waiting? surely they must have a strategic plan they can share with us? Regurgitating the same old news is just not on at this stage! They have spent years in talks? No wonder if they don’t have a plan to get to market. They need to be asked these questions at this AGM & let’s hope someone does!

I think shareholders have been patient far too long, we are now in a position to sell Eroxon through our new partners yet no real concrete news or timelines for distribution? Everything is aligned for EU/UK distribution so what is happening surely these things would have been part of the deal talks? Starting to think they did this arse about tit! They should have gained access to US first then rest of the world, then I’m guessing we would be seeing sales by now!

Trial was fully recruited & as far as I was aware started in Dec according to RNS, 6month trial so should be just about done. But yes your right in recent RNS it stated Sep for results but 2month to compile results & present them, seems a bit drawn out but waited this long so what’s an extra 2month! I suspect/hope we may hear something at the AGM regarding results even if its just the trial was successful & backed up the phase 3 trial results. I not too worried as the recent home trials completed by cooper have settled my nerves considering they were also done at home & without guidance!

This statement from 26 April RNS confirms product will be launched sooner rather than in 2023! The Company is now preparing for first product launches over the next year and 2023, not just in Europe but also countries! 2023 being US so where they have approval they will be launching product 2022 no mention of delayed launch!

I believe or hope this will be on sale by Q3, makes no sense to hold off as can only strengthen their bargaining position with the US if sales are good! Granted they need some good marketing in uk/EU but for the life of me I can’t see why they would hold off until the US deal is done! Just makes no sense!

Interestingly, as part of its due diligence, Cooper undertook a consumer marketing home use test (HUT) in the UK, France, and the Netherlands. The size of the HUT is not disclosed but would typically involve c 200 consumers. In this case men with self-diagnosed ED were supplied a four-pack sample of MED3000 with the appropriate packaging leaflet. The results were in line with those seen in the FM57 1,000 patient clinical trial, where over two-thirds of patients saw a clinically meaningful benefit. The importance of the HUT lies in the confirmation that MED3000 works as expected in a real-world setting.

The launch timings have not been detailed; however the nature of the pharmacy market varies across Europe with countries such as the UK and Netherlands dominated by large retail chains. We suspect these will be the initial launch markets (probably in 2023), with retailers actively contributing to the promotional messaging. The next wave would likely include the key markets of France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Spain, with the third wave being the distributor-led smaller geographies. Even limited success in these larger markets could transform Futura Medical, in our view.

I’m a little peed that no more information has been released today as this was not a quick decision on FUM’s part who have been in talks for years! They are a shareholder owned company so tell us what is going on if I hear 12month or 6month once more for gods sake! Cooper from what I can see haven’t even released any news relating to the collaboration?? Maybe not a big deal for them?

Real disappointing this morning was hoping for a steady rise as news sunk in! Cooper $700 million revenue & working with 80k pharmacies in Europe whats not to like? This is basically FUM going it alone but who can blame them when the Big Pharma’s drag their feet! This will also be a case of establishing themselves with Cooper, then you can guess the route for FUM’s other products in the pipeline. As people have said would like to see more meat on the bones regarding time scales & projected sales etc!

Talk about underwhelming! But probably because a similar collaboration will happen in the US & may not be the big Pharma’s as predicted! They will want a big slice of the pie and FUM are not willing to give it away for nothing! Good on them but we will see long term! as a small slice of a large pie is potentially bigger than a large slice of a small pie, & I suspect this is the reason for very little movement on the SP!

Market is slow to react? Maybe they are not so sure? I think this is a good deal for FUM & Cooper, FUM is not getting stung by a big Pharma again good on them!

Great news & the fact they did their own in home use testing in the uk, France & Netherlands is another major tick in the box! Confirms the initial phase 3 study results & pretty much confirms the outcome of the US trial that is ongoing. This is a super RNS! Nice to see FUM collaborating with a company that is also on the UP!

Actually the RNS states that the miniature SSB’s market is weighted towards medical, this does not mean that there use in IOT devices will not happen! They are just saying it is heavily split towards medical & im guessing that has got to be based on price currently!

Chicken & the Egg scenario here, a collaboration with a medical company would have been good for the business but as people say if you make it people will come. Shame with IOT in industry that they don’t have any takers on this front as would be faster to market, medical can be a very slow process to get approval! Still think there are great opportunities here but cash reserves with need to be watched going forward!

I guess FUM have done all the leg work in getting the product to commercialisation, so why jump into bed to do a deal with the US now! But what is happening with the UK/EU deal??? Very slow I agree & frustrating for everyone!

My guess is that whoever owns the UK/EU market will own the US market! Which is probably why the deal has not been done! FUM don’t want to limit their options & are probably hoping for a bidding war once the additional trial is complete or on FDA approval! Probably commercial partner for UK/EU wants US option included or first dabs!

Who is manufacturing product???? Two sites one in EU & one in UK, & looking for a site in US! But who is manufacturing??? FUM don’t have the cash to setup something like that??? I like the idea keeps FUM in driving seat but worried about cost! Anybody know anymore?

That right it’s not a Phase 3 trial, it’s a 6 month study to test if it works over a longer period of time than the 3month data already collected. From my understanding this is always a requirement in the US, 6months data versus 3months & FUM were always aware this would be needed so was no surprise.

Well was hoping for more but maybe we will see if any upfront payments have been made as part of the DEALS? Let’s hope some kind of plan for going to market is cast by then 26th April in my Diary! I appreciate this will be the financial results up until the end of last year but here’s hoping for more!
