Will be interesting what is said this Friday as I’m guessing the words ‘selling well’ will not wash! Anybody attending or know what information will probably be released? Guessing if there is any frantic buying we will be able to guess!

At the end of the day anyone with ED problems who is using medication is going to try this, it’s a no brainer no side effects! & even if we only capture 50% of the 60% of people it work on thats £600mill revenue! 25%=£300mill annually! So for the life of me I can’t understand the SP either! & can people stop saying you have to be in it for the long term most of us LTH have been, I myself have been here 7 years & it hasn’t been an easy ride!

41% of shares will now be owned by non private investors, value of company £147mill! What would it take for them to sell their shares???? I wonder? I’m guessing the private investors would take £1+, if share price doesn't rise good chance of an aggressive buy out by someone IMO!

I guess £4mill warrants put FUM in a good position financially with instant cash injection, & should mean they get a good US deal hopefully. Would like some more details regarding time to US market now it’s been approved suspect this will be talked about in the investor seminar being held, let’s hope a deal has been done by then with US!

I hope that Lombard are privy to early news & following fda news the US deal will be released very soon! Maybe the reason for the warrants!

They could still sell into the market then raise warrants later? Controlling the price & stopping us private investors from selling shares at a higher price! IMO.

Why would they do that? Lombard that is? Why not issue warrant in a week or so? Everyone new it was coming but timing a bit S.H.I.T!

FDA states 2weeks-8month for medical devices including class 1-3, we are class 2! Class 3 bring the longest 8month! Submitted mid Sep so we are now at 9month? FDA is dragging its feet I feel but news must be imminent now. It works! It’s safe! & no drug in it! So I would have thought it was straight forward with all the collaboration FUM had with FDA before submitting. As Med originally involved a drug the clinical trials were overkill for a medical device alone, so the data gathered far exceeded what was required by FDA.

Well I’m hoping along with FDA approval before AGM , they will follow up with initial sales revenue or some figures at least to say things are going well & as anticipated! Fum should now have an idea of direction & hopefully some future sales targets even if speculative?

Lack of news is keeping the share price low, let’s hope all the news comes at once & keeps the dodgy traders out! Us long term holders deserve that at least! Good luck all hope news is imminent! Or maybe the SP has been dropped to allow those traders in??

to me fum needs to be successful with uk & european launch, otherwise fda approval is meaningless, as they will have proved they can’t organise a ****up in a brewery! let’s hope where all being a bit impatient & fum are in the ball!

Why wouldn’t BOD release an RNS if sales were good & I think that’s the issue lack of news! As per usual FUM are useless at releasing news! Even when things are going well. This makes shareholders nervous instead of reassuring shareholders as things progress, for gods sake crunch the numbers & release an RNS.

Am amazed as even without FDA, this share should be worth 60p, as FDA will happen eventually anyway! Well LO won’t need them warrants soon as can buy on open market for same price! Clearly the term no news is good news is not the case here!

I don’t think FUM have done too bad a job with promoting the product it’s currently easily found on the Web! Let’s remember this is a product that solves a medical issue that people have, so people will be looking for these products in general. They are not selling a product that people don’t need, people will find it themselves.

Well I don’t understand the SP, but who cares time to top -up! 60% of the shares are in the hands of institutions or directors from my working, that leaves only 40% of floating shares in PI hands which I’m guessing a good percentage are LTH’s. So not a great amount of shares floating about for share price to rise rapidly through buying or selling. News is the only way this SP will rise either FDA or Sales. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Ndr50, I’m not saying they had no success but how long did they flog a dead horse with Gtn trying to deliver it through the skin before realising it had zero benefit? I do worry long term!

The fact that FUM have put on hold or cancelled all other development of Products in the pipeline, is there any proof that DermaSys actually works in transferring drugs through the skin? Had no effect for Med3000 so can we assume that this is also the case for the pain relief & other potential products, & that maybe a cooling/ heating effect was what was actually happening? Interested to know what other LTH think?

Personally I wouldn't be concerned with the negative reviews 1 star as the rest are 5 star, pretty much stating it works or it doesn't! Thats what I would expect I’d be more concerned to be getting 2/3/4 stars!
