1-Issue not selling but the fact no one wants to Buy.

2-break even 24 & profit 25 comment.

3-No real plan, No defined dates all a bit Ad-hoc.

4-These directors have never bought a share, only taken free shares.

5-No news due, now just all about financials.

6- Due to stopping all R&D all eggs are currently in one basket.

so 4 out of 27, as uk is no longer in! only 23 to go! hope the us doesn't go the same way otherwise patent will have ran out by the time we hit all states! a plan with dates would be nice, when the cfo can be ****d maybe she can put her time to good use!

Anybody know the reason Cooper are so slow to roll this out to the rest of the EU, considering only UK & Belgium rollout since March23? Are FUM struggling to supply product or something else?

& although I personally can’t stand Barder & think he is out of his depth, he has a proven track record of getting products to market successful or not! Once it gets to market someone else should take over, but I can understand his frustration from past events as the big boys have f**ked him over but that also shows his inexperience in this area! Get rid of CFO & employ someone or team with the skills necessary to take products to market.

FUM need to return to what they did best R&D, having all your eggs in one basket isn’t helping IMO! Get shot of the CFO she is useless & as far as I can see not adding value!

I for one don’t believe Barder does not know what he has done here! How many people would have reviewed the RNS’s before release?? & non of them could see the fallout from it?? Too many mistakes equals incompetence! Look at FUM’s history sorry but it’s filled with incompetence! I feel when they have done things right it’s been Luck! LO as people have said are just as much to blame as don’t assume they are a silent partner in all of this!

Nothing is going to move this SP up based on break even & profit 2025 comment! Well done Barder you Fwit. Should have just said revenue growth through 2024 onwards with peak sales expected after 5years of £xx!

Oh sorry I need to make a correction they’ve already issued themselves with multi million pound bonuses of half a £mill shares each, which ultimately comes out of our pockets! Nice could they not wait!

I’m struggling to understand this break even comment in 2024 & profitable in 2025! Where are FUM planning on spending their profits in 2024? Can anyone answer this? Are they planning on giving themselves multi million pound bonuses?

Darky- I agree FUM will be in a better position manufacturing it themselves long term, but there are also many risks still involved & costs gettin it to market. Just trying to get my head round the share price plummeting, and IMO it’s due to the delay in gettin Eroxon to US market until 2025.

Darky- The key performance obligation is taken from FUM’s recent financial RNS, which may explain why the SP has suffered since!

I have some concern about the statement below as FUM must meet I’m guessing manufacturing targets, which to me means Haleon will be slow to market as waiting for FUM & not going to plough money in until those targets are confirmed! May also be reason for SP position as not a done deal!

CFO has managed to raise directors wages from £500k to £1.2mill in a few years, what a job she is doing!!! As well as give herself a hefty salary as well. Plus shares on top Jesus Christ!! Disgrace
