Dermasys has been developed by FUM, the drug part is not owned by FUM. Dermasys is developed to work with the drug, this is then patented. The reason it is not patented alone is that the dermasys formulation is changed to work with the drug so is unique to each drug. But you know that already! I can think of a few names for you & they all come from what this product is designed for!

Exactly! Viagra makes Pfizer 1billion a year, & now they can buy this small company FUM that hopefully gains a patent for the next 20years! They would then have a product for the next 20 years that makes them 1 billion a year! Sounds like a no brainier to me, if they don’t want to buy out FUM then surely they would want to be the partner making 50% of the profit. I am amazed the share price is where it is considering the pretty much guaranteed potential of this product, just need a great commercial partner & this will fly. This is being held back because of past history in FUM not gaining traction with the CDS condom, but hopefully with the right advisors this time FUM will get a good deal.

News will filter through on deals very soon, this share could not be in a better position than it is now! I have been invested in this share for five years, where rises were based on p3 study success. This is not the case anymore & people were wary regarding its success which held the price back. Nothing standing in it way now!

Hard to predict this share but speculation & what ifs has now gone with approval by EMA! All that stands in the way now is the BOD & whether they can take this all the way to £££ without the big boys tying them up in knots which has happened before. Hopefully they have learned a few lessons over the years & wont play anymore games with the big boys! they are in a much better position now as all the donkey work has been done, it is now an approved product. £££££

Nothing stopping this now! EMA approval DONE, FDA approval next! Time for the big guns to sign a commercial deal within EU next! & who said approval end of year or 2022! This will FLY. Where have those de-rampers gone! Ha & don’t come back.

People keep saying EMA approval minimum 8month & impossible, it has been 7month! How many companies will have been unable to conduct trials during a pandemic? Therefore does anyone know if applications are down due to this? FUM had been heading for drug approval before P3 failure, which then changed to medical device approval! Therefore I guess the data they had exceeded what is needed for medical device approval? I’m no expert just an opinion. Anything could happen! As for commercial partner I think this will happen at the same time as EMA approval.

EMA approval & commercial partner tie up Monday! Word on the street!

We have known these results were coming for months yet the share price has stayed steady. As far As we know nothing has changed, why the sudden interest? Somebody knows something here as too many shares have been changing hands. My bets on EMA approval or commercial partner! On the gloom side BOD have a long running history of releasing RNS to the market at opportune times to then raise funds! Let’s hope not! As I’ve been caught out twice with these in the past. Fingers crossed for the positive outcome.

I have zero trust in the BOD but can’t see any reason why approval would not be granted by EMA!
I am not going to spout S**t like others on this board as time will tell. This is still a risky share but it will rise rapidly when approval is granted, this is what we are all waiting for, or drop rapidly on NO approval. Phase 3 testing was done for a drug, this is now only a medical device application, & therefore cant see how it can not be approved based on the data that has been collected from this trial. How the hell can Viagra be approved for over the counter sales with a high death rate & significant side effects, Yet a medical device with no side effects & a high safety profile would fail approval. The data says it works, what more can I say! To me the reason the share price is not rising is because without approval the BOD will attempt to raise funds, as the commercial partner is also waiting for approval to release fund. This is the reason for no news on commercial partner.

People keep saying that eu approval may not happen? First of all the similar med solution was used in its condoms years ago. So why with the removal of the active ingredient would this not get approval only real difference is it was in a condom!! Am I missing something? Seems to me it is just a slight variation of the original formula! Granted FUM wasted all that money trying to get a drug combined with the med formula.

Med3000 is a version of Dermasys that was reformulated specifically for the ED application! Therefore new patents are requested to protect the new formulation, as they are for all reformulated versions. I’m sure this is stated on the FUM website. Sure this has been mentioned on this forum before , As has the placebo nonsense! Same people going round in circles spouting the same old crap again & again! Good luck everyone but don’t listen to the people on here, they are full of it! & we know who they are! (Playing shareholders to feather their own nests)

I disagree with the calling of MED3000 a placebo, as using MED3000 as the placebo was to be honest unusual as normally a saline gel or something would have been used. So this was unusual in the initial approach to the P3 trial in my opinion. My concern would be that FUM spent millions & at no point realised that Dermasys itself could provide the same effect, surely tests were done initially to prove Dermasys had no negative effects on the *****. So how the hell was this not found earlier? Some real incompetence here! I am hopeful that this product will be a success , but am concerned about FUM management that they seem to pat themselves on the back for this incompetence again in my opinion! If I had spent millions & over a decade trying to prove this, I think I would sack myself JB.

Why are we posting information on previous placing? Fum has 4mil in the bank with a further 3mil due in Aug which equals 7mil. Not in desperate need of additional funds! Let’s hope they do an EU or US deal then no funds will be needed. Again speculation that additional funds will be needed!

Pleased you actually know something for once! This only proves you new a 6month extended trial was needed thanks for pointing out your BS, as the RNS just stated what was already known & nothing new! I am not trying to pass on inaccurate information like a lot of people on here. Again just state the facts or at least what you think is fact! Not BS to spread fear in people.

This will be efficacy effects over 6month, to ensure the MED3000 is effective over a longer period NOT whether it works this has been proved in the P3 data. But I do agree this should hav been part of P3 study and if I remember they were originally recruiting candidates from the P3 study to continue treatment on the higher 0.6 dose for an extended period but this did not appear to happen as I have seen no data!

U must spend hours writing your S**T, trying to de-ramp this share! The only thing asked for yesterday was a 6month trial to test the safety profile of the device, which is a US requirement. This 6month trial is not to test whether it works, this has already been confirmed by the current data! As I have said facts not fiction mate, sick of reading BS!

Fum have a valid product that has great data behind it from the phase 3 clinical trials, which for a medical device is generally not needed. So they have data above & beyond what was needed for EU approval. Why would Fum need another trial for EU FDA approval, this is only necessary for US approval! Why do we have the same people on this board trying to de-ramp the share price? obviously for their own gain! People please look at the data published, as this now is only a formality to get to market. Fum management have without doubt made mistakes but this should now be a pretty straight road for a medical device. Once we partner with someone come the start of next year at the latest this share should rise rapidly, possible before!

Why would Lombard increase its stake to 19.3%, if the rights to TPR were to be handed back & Med was a complete failure!! LordTossa please *Off, sick of reading your sh*t. They will sell when the shares rise, as will you!
