HL have updated and EGR open offer entitlements are now showing in my Ida & SIPP accounts

Could they merge EMH & Cinovec and then truck the ore from one site to the one processing plant perhaps?

Something which does not get mentioned that much here is the remaining 80% of cash flow which is not going in to a divi payment.

Should be £15-20m which is 40% - 50% of current mcap on its own!

Seems fine to me + previously discussed in one of the admission docs or prospectus, from memory.

Disappointed that DH is not taking up any of his open offer entitlement at 1.5p - though he is participating in the sub for 10k worth.

Does make me think the ipo price will not be a lot higher than the 1.5p.

Will give HL a call Today or Mon to see if they have any news on open offer. Not sure if we can participate if our brokers are unable to process the applications - will prohibit a lot of shares holders from taking up open offer if this is the case.

Sounds like new shareholders coming in board and seem to remember this being mentioned on here previously. Wonder who?

Assuming c80m shares in issue post raise then EGR will have a £1.2m valuation at a price of 1.5p. Probably have to raise more funds at IPO but hopefully at a higher price!

No idea if open offers can be taken up through brokers such as HL??

My EGR shares appeared in HL accounts today but no messages from them re open offer.

Any idea what price EGR are hoping to re-list at?

Highest yet volume on TSX yesterday with tick up in price - although still only 500,000 shares so hardly too significant.

Still, hopefully interest will continue to build in Canada during the coming weeks.

My anticipation is to be at least double the current sp after Serenity farm out.

But, like most, have been very wrong with I3e predictions in the past!

In some ways these delays may make the process easier if the realist happens within the 30 days.

Otherwise will have to deal with the tax complications of withdrawing investments from a SIPP!

HL required I set up a non-sipp/isa trading account specifically for the EGR shares to go on to - may phone HL later for an update and more info on SIPP withdrawals etc

There have been plenty of hints at there being multiple tests for different sections of the population & social situation - 15 year college student make take a very different test to 90 year old care home resident to a front line NHS worker to a Football fan going to a stadium etc etc

So, with this in mind it is easy to imagine development being a set of complex processes and thus requiring as many skilled teams rather than just the one or two.

Sounds like accounts reconciled and issue with CREST!

Nothing in HL - sounds like no one wants the job of reconciling all accounts. I wonder if brokers have even kept records of all accounts which had Eris shares before de-listing?
