As far as I’m aware I3e have to progress serenity or forfeit the licence (albeit a few years away yet).

So what happens if they do not agree a farm out?

Business plan involves dividend, further acquisitions & serenity farm out/ appraisal - imagine each of these are partly subject to outcomes of others. Why have they not announced a dividend already?

For sure, but their divi structure is based around a serenity fo.

Should they be required to appraise serenity themselves (I.e good enough offer not incoming), then re-allocation of capital may be necessary.

Personally, I would back a one-year suspension of divi if cash re-allocated towards serenity appraisal and company retaining 100% rather than being bullied in to accepting a minority % post farm out

They will not announce divi until farm out sealed IMO

The fact they have the option to appraise serenity from existing cash/cash flow helps with the negotiations

Announce divi structure before farm out and mgmt lose this advantage

Managed to buy a few at 82p, took a while to get a quote

If all goes to plan with phase 2 ramp-up and production then current mcap appears to present good value.

However, recently, progress has not been going to plan.. or has it? Just with a couple of minor(ish) teething problems

At least explains recent sp weakness, I guess!

May lead to a nice opportunity to add to the holding though

Znwd = dfs

EMH = pfs

Given much higher grades then you get to roughly one third German and two thirds Czech

Egr meeting today to authorise sub & open offer.

Sounds like Barclays are working on it - I’m on HL and my EGR shares appeared last week, so took them a while as well.

Same. Applied for a few more too though - 80m shares at 1.5p gives a market cap of 1.2m.

Seems really good value assuming drilling results come in & ipo goes well.

You should have your one for one Erris to EGR shares by now?

Open offer is separate and a chance to double your holding at a price of 1.5p.

Have you received no EGR shares on Barclays?

Unfortunately, may be a bit late in the day as monies need to be received by Tomorrow/Friday. H.Lansdown initially refused to allow their clients to participate but did change their mind.

Your best bet may be to drop EGR an email directly and they may offer the chance to participate in the subscription - but have to be quick. Hope that helps.

Going by what we have been guidanced, divi will be c0.5p per year - split in to 4 quarterly payments.

Fingers crossed this may be revised upwards following recent oil price rises
