If they bought 14m @ 35p & about 190m @ 5p I make their average to be c7p

They ended up with a load of free warrants, the number of which will be on the rns from the time - from memory 10-15m ish of them.

Sunday mission to work out Bybrooks average price assuming all free warrants exercised - they originally bought in the 30p placing in 2019, then again at 35p, took more at 5p and have the free warrants also.

Bybrook put £5m in at 35p and would assume they hope to see that money back

Will take up my EGR entitlement this week all being well.

Raising at 1.5p implies a mcap for EGR of £1.2m (assuming 80m shares in issue).

Which seems fair value as they portray confidence in discovering the 250k oz required to get 80% of the licence.

Question remains as to how much they will raise at ipo and at which price - also mentioned becoming a Western European Gold co with other projects on the radar

Seems Solarworld is public company and still listed & traded in Frankfurt.

Interesting that their share price has jumped around 10 fold from around the time of the Znwd-bcn deal.

Was previously valued as cash shell status c€500k but now valued at €6m.

They have a Wikipedia page too which gives a bit of info on the background of Solarworld.

EGR stated q2 in the offer docs for re-listing

Hl are showing offer entitlements on the screen but seems unable to actually do anything with them. Anyone else experiencing the same?
