By that metric, Bramhill has been successful but s&s are still at around their starting sp!
Hope s&s do become successful with their endeavours over the following years
Over 6p to sell so let’s hope for a return of the positive momentum over the coming days and leading in to the much anticipated and imminent updates
Was the mention of additional funding a precursor to some form of fundraise?
Thanks Jadam & Tony
Thought it very telling that no mention was made of Solar World during the presentation. Surely, the number one question at the moment would be regarding the other 50% buyout
Which questions have you presented to Graham?
Well, it’s an interesting conversation.
My impression from recent communications is that the mgmt are looking to be quite aggressive with their acquisition strategy.
Talking about having a time-limited opportunity and having the Toscana team in place who have excellent m&a experience.
Almost to the point that ego & ambition may come ahead of our shareholder returns. Though both have talked about the importance of making the correct economic decisions.
Hopefully, mgmt have the discipline to always put shareholders first and the of desire to expand and acquire doesn’t cloud their judgement.
In this respect, I hope that Bybrook et al will keep Graham & Majid’s feet firmly fixed on the ground!
If they make an acquisition then we get the all of the cash flow from day one.
If company brings wells back online and/or drills more wells then that will happen over a much longer period of time.
The lost cash flows of the second method will skew the economics quite a bit, if, for example, it takes 12 months to bring 5,000 bopd online from current acreage yet company can purchase production at maybe 2 or 3 times cash flows
Wonder if they had an arrangement to not ask any questions about that? If things are progressing behind the scenes.
Seems too obvious a point to not discuss otherwise.
Really hope you are right. Been an I3e share holder far too long, since soon after ipo, and this silence has allowed a few doubts to creep in!
Can’t believe no one asked a question about Solar World 50% share buy out...
Hope they don’t raise around here - but current sp is 30% above price Majid said the price would have to rise from.
Depends how desperate they get for the extra 5,000 bopd
Not sure if debt option would be available if they looked to borrow £20-30m atm for example? Would have to be subordinate to loan notes I’d imagine?
Anyway, hope all announced soon
When questioned about dilution, didn’t Majid waffle a bit about the shares being undervalued and no dilution at current levels. Sp is now 20-30% higher.
Have started to wonder if an upcoming acquisition requires a bit if a cash raise?
Noticed that same buy pattern for a while now - no idea why though
Can they both be valued correctly if Alien Metals have a higher Mcap than Scotgold?
Glad you got registered NeilOC
Keep getting the ‘error 404’ message on all the links - will drop vox a message
Every stock I own is green this morning apart from
I3e - which I believe is the most undervalued of the lot... patience patience
Assuming a few sths may be selling first thing to chase the silver stocks
A lot of talk re. Silver price around at the moment - interested to keep an eye on that as Cononish contains >1moz of the stuff
Anyone know if we hope to sell our silver at a premium too?
