In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 29 November 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 611,874,754 Ordinary Shares of no par value, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 611,874,754.

Here it is, though not explicit regarding the status of the Rams Head LO relinquishment/loss or not.,Maybe we had no met the "technical assesment criteria" for Rams Head 16/30, or choose not too or did some deal ?

RNS June 6 2024 - Corporate Update

Ireland

· The Company has received correspondence from the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communication Geoscience Regulation Office ("DECC GSRO") in respect of its applications for successor authorisations for Licensing Options 16/26 and 16/30.

· GSRO acknowledged that the Company had met the technical assessment criteria for Licensing Option 16/26 and offered the opportunity for the Company to submit additional material to complete the assessment of financial capability.

· The Company has elected to focus on a potential award of a successor authorisation for Licensing Option 16/26 ("Corrib South") as the Company is very confident that it can demonstrate that it has the financial capability to satisfy the Corrib South work programme and has accordingly communicated supporting financial information to the GSRO.

Good evening all. I have mentioned multiple time before, since July, that Predator appear to have relinquished their Rams Head License Option, sometime between the 31 March 24 & the 30 June 24 acreage reports.

I also remember PRD mentioned briefly somewhere that it was focusing on the Corrib South 16/26 LO.

My own guesstimate was that some kind of Irl gov deal may have been done to forward the Corrib South LO whilst giving up Rams Head, LO, but that's only my speculation.

Porters, your trollestimate is not at all the only logical reason. Have you even read the Aug 7 RNS ?

Did you not see "within its available time slot" ? And that's not even imagining the effects of any potential equipment problems, summer heat problems, personnel problems or the huge rain storm that arrived at the end of August.

"MOU-3 rigless testing programme unchanged

The Company's rigless testing operations commenced before 5 June 2024 with site preparations at MOU-3 with initial customs clearances received on 12 June 2024 to import the Sandjet testing tools and chemicals. Unfortunately it was beyond management's control that the programme would be subsequently impacted by the ratification required to approve entering the First Extension Period with a corresponding delay in receiving further customs clearances.

The Company took steps to manage the mobilisation logistics to ensure that no significant standby costs were incurred whilst waiting on regulatory documentation.

At all times the Company's primary concern was to maintain the ability to utilise the key rigless testing equipment and services within its available time slot for exclusive use by the Company. This we have successfully achieved".

At something like 8 %, 10%, 12% down, you could have caught at least one third of your open trade.

I have earlier caught a triple down intra-day laddered buy, whilst finishing up on the close.

Though I am only trading small amounts. Still learning.

Expect TUI to quickly loose 5-10% on 12 Dec results, like most other shares, sell all news, then regaining 10-20-30% days later, like many other good shares.

Hi F&M, my best guestimate is FG & FF again, plus their related/ex/rebel TD's running as independents, that will sign up to a fresh 5 yr program for government, with their own local horse trading deals.

Talk of coalition with Labour Party too, which could be a vote scraping strategy or a real possibility, but history is that every smallest party of any coalition gets destroyed for 10 yrs.

The Greens seem well beyond their sell buy date & SF have had huge leadership errors recently & well fallen from grace.

FG & FF et all are all still talking green policies, again to scrape votes in election, but Ireland just had a Russian spy ship scanning our communication cables & inter-connector lines, this very week.

An Irish gas field from the West coast is the no brainer, lowest carbon & highest security of supply option.

In just 2 weeks we should have a good idea of the results.
