As for my postings, I see some here respect my actions & some dislike them, but my posts were probably 6 weeks stale & again I guess I was about the 100 th person with this knowledge.

To the unhappy, remember I am a "white hat" investor posting 12 days after my Guercif MOU-3 visit & after PG's interview.

Imagine if they came from "shorting black hat" investors.

PG should consider these things too.

Evening Izstar & Gerry, sorry for poking my nose in, but after debutante bad bets 30 odd years ago as a young working investor, I now only put 2-3% max of my net worth in any single share. If the EOG share price remains near these levels in December, I will sell up "again" & harvest the tax loss against my years capital gains taxes & buy back in January if still inclined.

If you hold in an ISA type protected account, you don't have this option, but if in trading accounts, losses should usually be harvested to lower any capital gains taxes.

I looked over other refinery areas, but not many 1960's seen & no other 1970's seen. Agree it could be randomness.

& yes, there are milk cows kept at some rural houses & fodder grown between the olive trees :-)

From bottom left, click hide layer to see better map

Double Click & Drag a Point of Interest (on right) marker, to about 10 kms above the G in Guercif

A pop up Methane +++ box appears from the POI section appears

Click on graph image & choose desired time frames.

In the new large pop-up, you can now look at from months to 5 years of methane data in that zone.

Very good work GoldBlend, 5 of the 6 highest over 5 year signals all in the last month, 6 of 6 since 29 June.

Interesting BoldBlend, I am on the Sat 5 methane page, but cant get a precise signal on your dates. MOU-3 is about 10km directly north of Guercif. Can you post your link, maybe I have some wrong settings.

Morning Serif, take a look at my minor post this morning & yesterday on PRD under thread "Vermilion or CPPIB?" & BillyRayVal's much more informative posts, albeit, part re-posts of KeithOz from earlier, who is a well respected geologist & frequent PRD poster. Hope that helps.

Morning BRV, I have no problem with Keith's previous geological assessments, nor would I have any expertise.

My primary reasoning for a double or triple drill at Corrib South, Inishkea West & Corrib Deep, is that for the 40M$ cost (recent Zenith estimate for a Europa drill). 20-25M$ of that is just shipping a suitable rig & crews & auxillary vessels over & back from the North Sea. With Corrib South at 30% COS, lets say similar for EOG (better reprocessed seismic) & Corrib Deep, how better for Nephin/Vermillion/CPPIB to best protect their 3B$ sunk infrastructure costs than guarantee the highest COS, combined with a lowest cost of drill, approx 20+20+20+20/3 = 26.66m$ for 30% + 30% + 30% COS

Also of note, Nephin/Vermilion have a farm in proposal with PRD, who have no fully secured license & no proposal with EOG who have a full FEL license !!! Gamesmanship, I might suggest, better working against WH than against PG :-)

The EOG 5 year wait, was almost all EINSTEINRYAN TIME too!

Oldslow, bird watching & bird song along the Oued Msoun is very interesting, worth the trip in itself & the waiters name was Mohammed :-))) Stay well away from the dogs & always carry a big stick too.

Morning BRV, I have been banging on about Nephin Energy, here & on EOG for ages.

Nephin is the Irish (tax friendly) subsidary of CPPIB's investments & Paul's old colleague "Brian O’Cathain" is on the board as a Non-Executive Director, plus he is chairman of EOG.

I am hoping for a triple alliance of drilling, with Corrib South, Inishkea West & Corrib deep, with Vermilion being operator & deal shareholder owner too.

Remember, they have 3 billion $'s worth of invaluable infrastructure & Corrib down to 15% output.

Grey boxes in early Sept, I most certainly seen, now expect it was some refresh limit or bug on the Copernicus site.

My first ever visit to Guercif was from the pm on the 12 till 17 Oct. There were no pumping posts, my 2 posts on PRD till yesterday, one was research on equipment to AB seen in Lonny's pics, the other was a reply to NN asking me directly if I saw changes at MOU-4 & I replied with explanation "NO CHANGES" & mentioned I have some new learnings that I will post on the weekend. These learnings are now posted, without fear of favour to all.

My very modest "75% protective" trades, are in the penny place compared to your million shares, I too am PRD poorer this week that before my travels. I also could not know exactly what was happening until I got close to all 4 sites, by the 17 & my selling had risk too. Only Paul's interview put meat on the bones of what I saw & heard and am now happy that it meshed nicely with my visit, so I bought back 50%, for now & I expect more over time.

We all know where Guercif is, many here's time could be better spent visiting, just staying on 1 or 2 hotels & seeing who is or is not at the breakfast or dinner tables, is not insider information either, nor is chatting with the waiters.

And if I had a $ for every time people post DYOR here in the last 2 years, I would be a very happy man :-)

PS - to PG & many others, this is only my first visit to Guercif, I will be visiting for all future ops, as what I learned this trip was maybe 6 weeks stale & maybe I was the hundredth person to learn so.

Hi Flombo10, I primarily went to Guercif to understand why I could not see any gas flaring &/or methane leaks on satellite passes & the recent lack (to my quite colour blind eyes) of visible changes on all Copernicus satellite images of the 4 well pads, that I & others, have been following for over a year. Everyone posted opinions, great & terrible, but when a travel window opened, off I went to learn for myself.

I made no money here, we have all lost, partly due to the Jesuitical/Francis Bacon-esque info from Chairman Paul Griffiths & I only posted my Guercif snapshots after PG detailed Vox interview was posted yesterday & explained the delays & gas flow problems & future solutions, which helpfully meshed with what I witnessed there.

Yes, I sold 75% of my modest shareholding, while in Guercif, but was never 100% sure of the outcome. Only after yesterdays interview & price drops did I buy back my 50% sold for a 20% discount, cheaper share cost basis, but much lower share value. In theory, it pays for this Guercif visit & the next !!!

Agreed Flombo10 about the results & Irish elections. That was my goodself postulating here on the good results case for PRD, maybe advancing EOG. I posted some more recent "surprise info" to many, on that site today that caused some ripples, but I still believe in the "delayed" PRD success case, on all 3 continents. Maybe EG next :-)
