Separately, I do not believe that we can test from top down, using plugs. Even the most hollow plug versions (remember 11 m of shallow sands) , reducing the working diameter for all other passing equipment, that need to perforate, acid wash, swab, etc. Possibly hollow plug "one time" but certainly not twice or more, with our original small piping dimensions.
And, as I posted several days ago, I think PRD would be amiss not to swab MOU-3 bottom waters & muds, lowering the hydrostatic pressure differential & if needed, aciding the "be-jesus" out of the lower perforations, before any explosive perforations can even be considered.
