When Leap value is reflected in FFWD SP then I’ll be proven correct in spotting Leap potential years ago and I’ll accept the applause. In the meantime I can take any abuse anyone wants to give me. The emmac deal made sense to the bod of emmac. They have been acquired by the largest cannabis play on the planet. It went unnoticed by the great unwashed that they sold all the emmac brands to yooma a few days prior to the deal. Now who are the largest shareholders in Yooma? A clue..they are the largest cannabis play on the planet.

This board has long cast envious eyes at socati admiring them and wishing ffwd would invest. We now hold 5.1% of socati. I would recommend looking at the socati website, it’s an eye-opener.
Let’s wait for Yooma Europe and the next companies that Yooma are going to acquire ..

I would check those facts my 30p was based on several events happening within the PF. We were 15p if they announced IPO rather than sale of Emmac we would have reached 30p, as I’m not on the FFWD BOD then I’d have no idea they were agreeing a sale...
We are now sat in the rather comfy seats of being very cash rich, holding stock in 3 listed companies, awaiting news on Juv whilst sitting on 43.4% of Leap. We await the upcoming investments due anytime.

I’m sure I read that we invested £2m and received £5m for it. I’ll wait for a Barwick or friends to avail a list of aim companies that ever achieve a return as large as this.

Opens up the USA to Leap. BetMGM have 18% market share of the US market. The other large gambling companies will be forced to take up IMGArena products as their customers will demand it.

Value Leap for yourself. More than £3m hold less than £3m then sell

We are £19m MCAP sitting on ~£13.5 cash /liquid listed assets. Add on juv value (that’s due a rerate after series C close) and Leap is being valued at ~£3 million.
If you think Leap is worth more then you should be buying. If you think it is worth less than £3million then you should be selling. It’s a very simple stock

Emmac is no different from Nuuvera it’s just a group of companies that have been put together to create the appearance of a single entity when it isn’t. In much the same way that Nuuvera was created. You didn’t hear anything about what they paid for these companies did we?

Look at how much money emmac ever raised. A paltry amount. How did they buy these companies that form emmac?

A £200 million return is quite remarkable in the circumstances.

Now Ed Mac is many things but I don’t think he’s an idiot. He quite clearly knew that emmac sale was done last week and he never gave an IPO date. Give him a chance he’s got a huge war-chest at his disposal with lots of upcoming cannabis IPOs.

Rather than IPO was mentioned multiple times by myself from December onwards. So no surprise they sold rather than IPO. The yooma purchase of all the emmac brands went under the radar last week. I’d be looking towards yooma being taken out by Aphria/tilray or curaleaf in the not to distant future. The Yooma BOD is identical to the Nuuvera BOD. The sale itself was neither particularly marvellous or disappointing and did not warrant the sell off. £5 million isn’t a sum to be sneezed at and we now sit with over £11 million in cash/liquid assets. Record volumes and an oversold marker suggests a bounce over the next few days.
Don’t expect the money to burn a hole in his pocket it will be utilised shortly.
