100 pennies still equals a £1. As a general blunt rule the shares in issue generally reflects the health of a company. Once you get any penny stock with billions of shares all priced at fractions of a penny then the rule is buyer beware as you are generally buying a failing company. Don’t waste your time or money. If you have to play then play small.
