People need to decide on balance of what they know about Leap is this valuation correct.

Take into account they were offered £4.5 million 4 years ago...

Before US Supreme Court landmark ruling, IMG buying 25%, IMG Arena being created, Leap being fully integrated into IMG Arena, Official virtuals created, slots were even an idea, Endeavor referring to them as part of their 3 pronged Global Family.

Assuming the above adds nothing to the valuation then the current SP is correct. Assuming the above adds something to their valuation then the current SP is incorrect.

It’s very difficult to look at a company website and see a graphic with just the 3 companies entitled The Global Family and at the head is a $10 billion company and its 2 siblings their 100% owned IMG arena and their fully integrated 25% owned Leap and not presume that Endeavor will be buying Leap for major money.

FFWD turned down £4.7 million opening offer for Leap in 2017. Do some reading and see what equity they held at the time..

Few months later IMG part of the Endeavor empire bought 25% of Leap. Why?

Few months later IMG create IMG Arena. Do some reading about IMG Arena and their scale & ambitions...

Few months later they start to create Official virtual sports. What possible benefits do you imagine having the Official license to create for example a NASCAR Official virtual from a generic racing game, an Official ATP tennis virtual complete with Official sponsor graphics on the game such as Emirates/Rolex etc or an unofficial generic tennis game. Which would a customer choose?

Take a look at IMG licensing see what sports they are going to create an Official virtual next...

Few months later they start to create a stream of slots (new game every 6 weeks)

Suddenly Leap gaming starts to appear on major sites...who got them on these sites..little Leap or the Endeavor influence.

The market at today’s SP is valuing Leap at a current £2.5 million. This is either correct or incorrect. I’ve got my own personal valuation of Leap and you can buy/hold/sell/ramp/deramp FFWD as much as you wish, it won’t affect the price that Endeavor & FFWD eventually agree on.

Don’t ask for my valuation as it’s a guessing

Endeavor (25% owners of Leap ) IPO gets priced up next Wednesday. Raising $600 million. If they are taking our Leap it will happen quickly.

Factom should be viewed as a totally free hit by anyone holding. Might have great value or very little value in the future.

Factom has a current book value of zero, as they went through the bankruptcy route. Courts agreed for Safe agreement monies to be converted to ~30% of Factom stock.
Previous holding in Factom was ~2.3%

Would have preferred an after hours rather than that pre-close.
