Agree. We’ve been in this range 8-8.5 for 3 months, so trading has been extremely limited and ultimately far easier stocks to buy/sell to make 10%.
We’ve had a persistent seller(s) who have kept pace with the buying, which has kept the price stable and allowed everyone to accumulate/average down very easily.

Once the seller is out we move smoothly out of this range. This is the time the accumulators slow down and the average downers cease completely because the price moves out of their comfort zone. It’s at this point that you just need to hold because when the news arrives that attracts the general market (Leap sale, large movement from the listed, IPO etc) the lack of free float will force a squeeze. Hopefully a few leave at subsequent price point to create liquidity. Each LTH can decide for themselves where to get off the bus.

Is the leading virtual sports provider. An excellent investment without IMG. I can’t imagine that IMG are spending a few billion developing their Arena where the virtual, slots and casino games are integral to then market these games continue to hold 25% and share the bounty.

I would be very surprised if Seed are not the £5million investors.
Why? We know it’s a U.K. investor, the Yooma board are the Nuuvera board, Ed will be fully aware the likely end game for Yooma - will be bought out by the largest cannabis company in the world Curaleaf.

Factom has a current NAV of zero. They are waiting for one signature (Chinese company) then they can sign the deal off. This is a courtesy to the mInor SH and they have said they will complete without the signature over the next couple of days. When Inveniam announce then SEED will folllow. That’s why we haven’t had an RNS

Factom is a done deal. They will receive equity in Inveniam.

I’m fairly certain you are aware this stock used to trade at a very healthy premium to NAV up until Factom disappointed.

Just multiply LGP MCAP x0.0315xAus$ exchange rate for a reasonably close valuation.

It’s not going to take much to tip LGP north. RNS to state running Canopy Growth Facility running at full capacity or sold the inventory they acquired ($8 Million value)

Yooma similar story being heavily US CBD a very quick cannabis Bill through both Houses (some serious heavyweight politicians pushing this) and it will go nuts.

Factom giving any sort of decent return likewise.

The beauty of our PF is that it is increasingly liquid so NAV can be tracked daily.
I’ve got the current NAV at 11.3-11.55 the range variant is how much cash they are holding. It would take a while to work out exactly how much cash they curently hold (and not something I’m overly concerned with currently so not willing to track through all the RNS. I’ve got a ball park range of £2-2.5 million with £500k earmarked for Yooma)

Yooma uplist beginning of August which will give if some much needed liquidity so it may start moving north sharply. SWB to list shortly. LGP London list should follow. Then we’ve got Leap liquidity event and juv long awaited IPO.
Obvious now that looking at the charts ~8p has huge support and will only increase as the liquidity events happen.

A good time to buy at significantly lower than any LTH average.
